I was disappointed by the unexpected expense of the baby cot. While the hotel boasts a policy of no charges for children under 12 years old, the cost of the baby cot was surprisingly high compared to other hotels I've stayed in. In the future, I hope they will consider revising their pricing strategy for baby cots to align more closely with their guests' expectations. A more transparent approach would enhance the overall experience for families staying at the hotel. Despite this issue, the rest of our stay was pleasant, and the hotel staff were courteous and accommodating. However, the unexpected high expense for the baby cot did leave a lasting impression and diminished our overall satisfaction with the experience.

Fab hotel. Modern, clean, well equipped and excellent breakfast. Very convenient to shops and restaurants, but not noisy at all. Having the pool and beach/sea next door was fab. Bikes available for guests with lots of cycle paths. Very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend it. The area is bustling with lots of good restaurants close by. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great access to Venice and local islands.

Be warned the bathroom has a clear glass window pane but the blind works well when showering! This may not suit all travellers.

Well located, nice and clean hotel with big rooms and fantastic bathroom (Panorama from bed to shower :)). Delicious breakfast, partly view to the see.

We booked and payed via booking.com. As we wanted to leave, they wanted to pay again. It was unfriendly.

The lovely clerk at the desk offered to store our suitcases while we left to spend three days in Venice. This enabled us to travel to Venice with just backpacks, so much easier with all the stairs. Our balcony view overlooking the sea was spectacular. The shower was large with multiple shower head options. The queen size bed was fine. The pool area was comfortable with sun beds and loungers and the pool itself was large and next to the beach. Drinks at the pool area were very reasonable. The hotel was located near many shops and restaurants. At breakfast, a chef prepared delicious, customized omelets. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and homemade pastries.

The elevator was small but big enough for three people.

Excellent location on the beach front and within very short walking distance to great restaurants. Decent sized recently renovated rooms with a good size bathroom with hot, powerful showers. Very good fresh breakfast selection. All the hotel staff were friendly, professional and super helpful. I'd definitely return.

My only negative is the coffee served at breakfast is from a machine and isn't very nice. However, one evening I did have a coffee from the bar which was a "proper coffee". It's a shame this isn't served as part of the breakfast.

Amazing location, amazing stuff. Great breakfast, one of the best I've had. The location is on the beach with a nice pool. A room with a beautiful sea view. Parking spaces all around the hotel.

It would be a perfect 10, but the wifi signal is weak, and I often fully lose connection in my room. It you travel for relax it is ok but would not suggest it if you need to be connected to interent for work

It is perfectly located for everything you could possibly need. The property is clean and staff are brilliant. Rooms have been beautifully renovated. Breakfast was brilliant.

Rooms were fantastic but the balcony needed updating, paint peeling on the railings, a small thing but would have been nice.

Lovely pool area, clean, comfortable beds with attentive bar staff who bring drinks to your pool bed! Comfortable room, modern, clean, quiet. Excellent breakfast quality, with fresh omelettes and cakes. All staff were happy and helpful.

The town at end of September was very very quiet, lots closed for winter already.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel: very friendly staff, excellent breakfasts, good service by the pool, free parking, small but comfortable rooms, high-quality cleaning and high-quality linens. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant is excellent gastronomic, discounted rates for guests.

The only downside is the bad air conditioning system. stuffy at night, not cool! I ask management to pay attention to this!
