Breakfast is fabulous! Variety of fresh food, eggs, pastries, sweets. They also offer you free Prosecco for breakfast. You can eat it outside near the warm pool and sea view. Covered parking included. Staff is very kind and helpful. Location is perfect just on the beachfront. I would definitely come back here!

The room could be more spacious and renovated.

We really enjoyed the hotel and the location of it. Close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Great variation in the breakfast buffet. it was nice to have the beach just right by the hotel, and also that the sunbeds was for free. We barely saw the cleaning staff, but the room was always clean and tidy when we came back in the afternoon.

Extra charge to have sunbeds by the poolarea. We also had an unpleasant checkout experience. We didn’t get any information that the reception wouldn’t be open early in the morning. since we had a flight from Venice, and had to grab a cab at 06 am we had to check out in the morning. A man that was working the night shift was very rude to us even though we had already paid for the room and the hotel had all contacts to us, copy of the passport and also registered creditcard. Felt sad to end our lovely trip to Cambridge with these accusations. So If you have a early checkout, make sure to talk to the wonderful receptionstaff the day before.

Super location, right next to the beach, free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Super free parking in the hotel.

The room lacks a minibar, only a fridge (but at least it cooled nicely). There was no kettle, coffee, tea.

Pool is great, heated, clean, full with whirlpools. Parking also nice, next to the hotel and shaded. Big safe in the room and lots of sockets to charge your devices.

It is a 4* hotel at the beach for a price more than 250 EUR/night. This is not cheap. So for that amount of money and for the reason that it is a 4* hotel, I expect a little more luxury and politeness or “courting”. (And no, I am not a snob, I had been in camping too, slept on bus to travel by night, it is that if you pay this amount of money and decide to give yourself the luxury to accomodate in a 4* hotel directly on the beach, you expect something for it.) The room is clean, but small. The end of the bed is approx 50 cm away from the wall of the bathroom. Air conditioning: something is dripping inside of it, which is at night is annoying. But if you switch it off, room is very hot. Bathroom: very outdated regarding it is a 4* hotel. Fridge: nice to have, but shouldn’t a 4* hotel offer a full minibar? Wifi: horrible, really. Slow and disconneting frequently. Breakfast: completly self-service. Even you have to pick up the napkin and cutlery from the big table. Strange… and that is where I came up with “courting”. Waiters running around with refills (good), but literally noone said a hello, no smile…anything. Unpolite feeling. (I have not eaten dinner there, so no opinion.) Reception: same. They were polite while I checked in, but not a smile, no friendly feeling. Sunbeds: on the beach is free (good), but next to pool you have to book them (very advance to have). Booking beds is not a bad thing, but paying extra 5 EUR/bed/day is ridiculous regarding these room prices.
