We were a big family and we booked 3 rooms in this hotel for 10 nights stay. The location is really great, right on the beach. The hotel itself was good. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They were so polite, and the service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned all the time, and the towels changed more than once per day. The breakfast was really nice and the quality was good. The pool was nice and clean and had a natural shadow from the trees, which was amazing. The hotel offers to use bikes for free, which was great to explore the place. The bar/ restaurant of the hotel was offering really good food and drinks, and the service was great.

The size of the rooms was a bit small. In one of the rooms, we were a couple with a small baby, which was a bit difficult in a small room without a terrace. So for the price we paid, I expected a normal size room, and at least a small terrace. They offered towels for the pool for 2 eur per day, which I find it expensive.

I booked this hotel to participate to a race in Jesolo. It was still low season, which allowed them to really focus on the athletes and make our stay completely stress-free (including providing breakfast extra early on race day and giving us the opportunity to keep the room until after the race so that we could take a nice, warm shower) - made me so, so happy! The rooms are very clean and spacious. well insulated, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel I imagine is rather old, but very well kept, which gives it a unique charm. Extra bonus: the beach is right out of the door and parking is super easy. Last, but definitely not least, a huge kudos to the staff! They are all so friendly, patient and super helpful! My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here - thank you!

Good family room, very friendly staff. Breakfast very good. Nice location on the beach, pool area with umbrellas and shade from big pine trees. Hotel not too big. Nice water park close to hotel.

Pool could be cleaner. Parking required to leave key at reception so they could move your car to let others out. But this worked fine. Just had to warn in advance if you needed your car. Had to pay extra 18 euro per day for sunbeds at the beach because we used booking.com 😡

Wonderful location, breakfast is good, we had a view of the beach

One particular woman who works at the front desk was not the friendliest and had a bit of a snobbish attitude. She was rude when answering a few simple questions. Otherwise everyone else was nice.

Staff was helpful and professional and girls on reception was very pleasant. Our biggest thank you goes to Giulia - very helpful but also very kind, always smiling and happy. Location is lovely - high street with shops and restaurants are 1 min away, beach is 1 min away too, although you have to pay for the sunbeds to the hotel if you made your booking via Bookings.com (that what we were told by hotel). Not bad travel connection with Venice. Breakfast was lovely with big variety of food. Hotel, restaurant and rooms was always very clean.

1. We booked 1 room for family of 3, including 16 yo teenager. Booking.com suggested superior king room and on photo which was on the website it was different arrangement of beds, 1 of the beds was completely isolated from the rest of the room. We thought it will be very convenient and this is why we booked 1 room. In reality we was given room for 2 people with 1 big bed and 1 sofa, nothing like we have seen on the picture. It was VERY small for us and for money which we paid a bit unfair.

Completely honest, this was the best summer vacation we had. Facility is perfect, clean and great, all looks very new. Rooms were modern and clean, bed super comphy, internet great. Food is grrat even for vegetarians I've had multiple choice. Beach near hotel, and during night no noice at all. We are going to come back for sure.

We liked everything about the hotel, it is close to the beach, clean, spacious and the staff is friendly. At breakfast we had a lot of choice and everything was delicious. There is also covered parking right in front of the hotel. We will come back.

We originally had a booking at a much more modern hotel further away. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the location. And it was the much much better option!

The pool was way too cold. That is our only negative

Exceptional, lovely and friendly staff, especially at the reception. A massive thank you to Giulia who is super helpful and gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Beautiful room, very clean. Great choice of food too. I loved everything about our stay.

I didn’t know we had to pay for sun beds since booked through booking,but the price is very reasonable.

Exceptional politeness and helpfullness of staff. Meaning from pool to reception to valet park to management.

I really could not find 1 thing wrong during our stay.
