We loved the location of this Chalet! So perfect for summer or winter. It is right next to the ticket office for skiing and you can see the chair lifts close by! It is so beautiful here in Livigno! This room is very compact but very modern and has everything you need! When I book a place I look for least expensive hotel that has a comfortable bed, AC, and good reviews! This room did not have AC but the weather at night is very cold so we just opened a window and even though there were no screens we did not have any bugs come in and it was cold enough in July to use a warm down comforter. The bedding was very nice! The bed itself was a good size but very firm. I prefer a softer mattress. The staff was the best of our entire trip in Italy! The man spoke perfect English and was very kind! The parking for our car was great! It is so close to restaurants and shops! The walking path that goes for miles is close by. This was definitely a great bargain in the summer and I would hands down stay here again.

Apartment with sofa bed is quite small for family with 2 kids. Sofa bed is suitable only for kids. Supply of toilet paper, bin bags and dishwasher tab lets is not sufficient for the whole stay. If it were it would improve the overall comfort. The price of these "extras" is negligable and these are usually available in other appartments. Also the coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer is expensive - 5+5 eur for one use.

The rooms were warm and sunny. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen were perfect. Ski room facility was excellent and we could basically ski in straight from the slopes. We were welcomed at reception and given our key cards.

The balcony was very small (we could barely fit a chair on it) and the lounge was tight (one couch for 5 of us). There weren't any visible staff around to add a personal touch, although they provided a number for queries and messages. There are many rules, and they ask for a cash deposit for possible damages.

So I guess this was our 10th time in Bellavista since 2016 if I remember correctly, one year we stayed there then went to Switzerland then came back again as we loved it so much, personally my favourite place in Livigno, there is a garage, they have a washing machine room (with drier as well), and most importantly the design of the apts. is beautiful. We usually stay in Studio apt., as it's best priced but this year (end of May) we got a free upgrade to 1 bedroom apartment and that was amazing, pity we were there for only 1 night

The chalet has a great location - almost ski-in-ski-out and at the same time it's on 5-10 minutes walk from the center. It has a great restaurant (same name) opposite of it. Our apartment (2bedroom deluxe) was great - huge sunny balcony overlooking the slopes and all the amenities you would need. It has an indoor parking (for 10 EUR/night) and an outdoor parking which is free. It was clean, modern alpine style accommodation. Would highly recommend it.

The owner of the property was fantastic, we misread the check in time and were late but he couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. An absolute Gentleman and we will stay there the next time we are in the area. Highly recommend !!!

Cleanliness of the apartment, space, vicinity of the ski slope, well equiped and spacious kitchen, vizy place.

All the beds in two bedrooms were single beds. We were with small kids and as kids like to cuddle with parents single beds were making this impossible as no one could sleep in the middle. I would prefer at least one room with king size bed in one piece. Apart from this all was great!
