We liked the place in general. The food was great - beyond our expectations

The rooms are not new and the photos in the website does not reflect the actual status. The location is fine, however in order to get to the center of Livigno you need to take your car or use a bus (15 minutes away). When booking online (a few month ahead) we asked for two rooms that will be close to one another in order to be close to our children, and did not get it. After a few days a solution was found and the kids moved to a close room. The staff is generally very kind however you don't always get the filling that they have patient for you.

The staff was friendly, the food delicious, for dinner they are providing you a 3 course menu to choose, the hotel offers ski box to heat your ski boots, skis. The sauna and spa area is spacious, parking was available. The hotel is near the Carosselo and near the bus station.

I didn't like that they charged us for renting a wardrobe and slippers, additional for parking and usage of the spa area. For all those they haven't informed us prior it. Limited food options for people with lactose allergies. Spa was not smelling good always. The rooms need to be renovated as the restaurant and spa.

The breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable, and the staff was also very helpful and outgoing. The takeaway breakfast package provided for early departure was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Carosello station is very convenient for skiers.

The furniture would deserve some refreshment and especially the low-quality shower unit replacement with something more up to the standart level, so that the room aligns with the overall standart of the hotel and the price they charge for the stay, also when compared to other similar cost level accommodations we have experienced in Livigno in previous seasons. This difference might also be due to their policy that bookings made through Booking.com are more expensive, with amenities like wellness facilities and parking available only for an extra fee, unlike direct bookings through their website...

Everything from the parking to the facilities, the rooms and the restaurant. Absolute great value for money as Livigno is a tax free zone so everything is much cheaper than you'd expect for this level of quality. I believe it's rated as a 3-star hotel, but it should be lifted to a 4-star as it's way better than a lot of 4-stars I've stayed at. The staff (in particular the older lady who deals with all things food) were very attentive and friendly. The perfect stay.
