Great breakfast and everything very clean. Located just outside the pedestrian zone, so easy to arrive by car, no problem with parking but still close to the city center and perfect if you want to go mountainbiking at carosello 3000.

Not a big issue, but the room was very small and it was super hot in there - even with the window open at 7°C. Maybe a bit noisy but not too bad.

Location near lifts.

It was the second time we had stayed in this hotel. My wife and I come to Livigno in July-August to mountain bike. We usually cycle for 7-8 hours a day, and we found it essential that the room is clean when we return to the hotel and that we have an excellent breakfast and dinner. This hotel meets all our needs. Perfect location, great hotel.

Very kind and helpful staff, delicious food (both breakfast and dinner) characterize this place, which is located in a wonderful place on the edge of the settlement, but still has everything nearby.

The family room size. Very crammed for a family with 4 members (2 adults and 2 boys, 17 and 14 years old). The breakfast was the same and few choises. The towels were worn out. Over all, overpriced.

It was way too noisy - too much noise from guests. There was no privacy. Housekeeping entered the room at 7.30 am to make up the room while I was still in bed!

location is perfect, weather excellent, beautiful sunny days, wonderful slopes, pleasant atmosphere the hotel staff are very nice and the food very good

The apartment was very small, uncomfortable and very noisy. It was the most noisy room I've ever spent my vacation. In the San Rocco hotel apartment you will hear absolutely everything, from the next room, the shower, the toilet, the noise from the corridor and even from other floors. We were also unlucky because in the hotel was a group of young people who organized party every day until morning. Livigno is beautiful, but make sure to enjoy it at another hotel.
