A hidden gem! New hotel with not too many rooms, so doesn’t feel like a hotel, but like a home. The rooms are completely up to speed: modern bathrooms, big comfy beds, good sunblinds and a view to die for! The breakfast is simply astonishing: fresh products everywhere. Maybe the only thing to mention is that there is too much to choose from. I should have stayed longer to try it all. Very flexible at check-in, I was running late due to traffic. A simple message was enough the let them wait a little longer, very kind! And the local pizzeria they recommend for the evening is also a welcome tip! Oh yes, the underground parking is also a huge plus.

Nothing to mention. Very good stay, would definitely stay again! Funny to see that the quite small village is being prepared for the 2026 Winter Olympics. Small mountain hotels being built everywhere. I can see why if they are all like the green rose: you can’t go wrong here if they keep it up like this.

I loved everything about this stay. Friendly staff. The manager, Monica, was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Breakfast was great, incl. freshly squeezed juices and eggs made to your liking. I had the gold suite. It was just like the pictures. Spectacular view with early afternoon sun (in week 3). Perfect for skiing holiday with your own locker in the basement and in close proximity to Carusella 3000 (3-5 minute walking distance). I would definitely come back and would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from, making it a perfect start to the day. A special mention goes to the incredibly kind and professional manager, Monica, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a cozy atmosphere!

Breakfast is amazing, the wellness is also excellent and included. The rooms are comfortable and practical, a lot of wood for a nice atmosphere. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Very quiet and with a few restaurants, supermarkets and Carosello 3000 around the corner, makes it a practical location. Our go-to address for future trips around Livigno for sure.

Sauna room only open from 1630 to 1930 which is very inconvenient. It the group gets off the piste and does the apre ski or goes for dinner the sauna is closed by the time you get home. 1930 is far too early to close the sauna. It should close at 22h00.

Could be more veggies for breakfast. And also bed sheets might a bit softer - but it was changed on day 2 as requested.

Wellness and Spa (2 saunas - one dry and the other steam - and one jacuzzi) was excellent, functioning and available every day without reservation. Location of the hotel was perfect, very close to lifts and free ski bus stop if you want to go to Motollino. You can even slide down the slope with your skis still on straight to the hotel gate. Garage parking is a plus. Certified celiac breakfast. Modern and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back and we do recommend. Staff were very helpful and forthcoming, great customer care! We felt like at home.

WiFi signal a bit poorer but probably due to Livigno location (surrounded by mountains). Therefore, Internet not suitable for work from home. The everyday housekeeping is an advantage and much needed, but sometimes there were things relocated (such as litter bin, our suitcase or shoes) or forgotten (towels and soap). We had two rooms booked and one of them lacked more storage space but the other had a big wardrobe in.

Beautiful calming room with a view of the mountain, exceptional breakfast, friendly staff, clean, everything well functioning. Relaxing spa area with saunas and outside hot tub overviewing the scenery.

No complaints, we walked into town down the road for dinner. Could have additional amenities ie. conditioner or lotion.

Very close to Carossero 3000 ski lift (cabins), but a bit far from the village center (mainly relevant if children go to the ski schools at Central, which is next to the ski lifts 23, 24 on the slope map)

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. The rooms are very well equipped. You don't miss anything. The furnishings are of high quality. Breakfast is above average with lots of fresh ingredients. The staff is very friendly. In the garage there is a bike wash area with a workshop. We really enjoyed it and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is also very nice and very quiet. There are restaurants in the immediate area.
