Highly recommend this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond for their guests. Everything was super clean and daily room service was a lovely touch. Breakfast was amazing and the staff made the best scrambled eggs and bacon I have ever had! Less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight up the mountain for only 2 euro a day. Loved everything about this stay! Thank you!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

I was initially traveling with some acquaintances who left the hotel in the middle of my stay leaving me without a car (a tragedy as you need a car) so my experience was unique. Luca and Emanuela run the hotel and provide great service. I always had questions and they were always available and happy to help. Emanuela prepared an amazing breakfast every morning and being by myself Luca was nice to provide company and drinks. Honestly one of the best stays I've ever had. I asked for so much that I am surprised they didn't get tired of me. Wellness area was an absolute must after a day on the slopes with a dry sauna and steam room (Turkish Bath) and a warm sitting pool. Without it I don't think I could have spent as much time on the mountain as I did. I would definitely return in the future, but with a rental car!

Nothing wrong with this place but is a general issue in the Madonna valley: for digital nomads you'll have to use a mobile hotspot to work as the WiFi will not be strong enough. This is the case everywhere in the valley. Even the most expensive hotels had unsuitable WiFi.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Wifi was fast and stable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. Wellness room was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Location was not ideal, a car is needed to get to restaurants, nightlife, and skiing. However this would not stop me from staying again.

The stuff is really kind. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade and local products. The room was big and clean. The spa is quite new, with all the main services you need. There is a ski room too. They also recommend us restaurants and events to attend during our stay, really appreciated!

You need to organize by car or bus to go skiing, but we've always find parking. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, so you'll need to book dinners in advance.

1. The hosting family, which we thank for taking that good care of us. 2. The quietness of the location and of the room. Mavignola is as distant from Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, and as close to these resorts as it needed to let us rest. 3. The breakfast buffet. 4. The daily room-keeping.

Just my mattress. :) It could have probably by flipped to 'level' itself. I had to find something otherwise my review could easily be written by bot, he he.

Almost everything was perfect. One, tiny disadvantage. The room is quite poorly soundproofed so be prepared to have with you earplugs.
