The staff is kind, welcoming and hard working. The breakfast team is nice. They are genuinely doing their best and it’s by far the only highlight of this place. The lovely cleaners worked hard making the room every day, we are grateful and felt looked after. We had a room with mountains views.

It’s terribly misleading and oversold. If we paid a third of what we did, that’d be reasonable. It’s a totally rundown place needing a total modernisation. It’s technically near Colarin lift yet there’s no access to it, you must take a painful walk up the slope. (There’s no benches or lockers by that lift, it’s set at an unsupervised parking building which feels abandoned. There’s simply no convenience staying by that lift, it’s the resort’s shame.) The hotel gets you to pay for its unsecured underground parking. The lockers are all broken: we took the gear to our room every night. Upon arrival both me and my son fell down on icy descending slope leading to the hotel’s entrance and got bruised, we later saw other people falling down there too. The ancient carpet throughout the communal areas is a total disgrace, the look of it makes you feel sick. The shower cabin in the apartment got damaged ceramic shower tray and unfinished tiles. The bathroom floor tiles are cracked in various places. The power sockets are weirdly located and are falling down. The balcony light is flickering and impossible to be turned off. The bed linen did not feel fresh upon arrival. The pillows smelled overused, like someone stayed there the night before and the smell remained. No chairs or armchairs. The wall next to our son’s bed had stains like someone’s was wiping their bleeding hand over it. Everything is filthy and disgusting. I only pity the cleaning team: it’s truly hard work trying to clean it every day. Shabby old part broken curtains same poo colour as the staircase carpet. Wardrobes part broken, not enough hangers in them. Heating was only working at nights: you feel boiling but when coming back from skiing the rooms felt cold. The property does not look anything like the pictures. It’s a sheer disappointment and a terrible mistake. It must be removed from listing as it’s not true to the fact.
