The staff were so helpful with all our needs: parking the car in their parking area, making us hot drinks to take to our room etc

Nothing- other than love having a sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. And the relaxing area downstairs at the hotel could be designed better with comfortable chairs/sofas and cosy decor to make it appealing to sit and read or chat.

The staff, breakfast, cleanliness, and Wi-Fi all exceeded my expectations. While the overall appearance of the hotel is a bit dated, it didn't impact my overall positive experience. I also had dinner at the hotel, and I’m glad I made that choice.

The hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a comfortable stay before a week of hiking and climbing in the Dolomites. They welcomed us gently, were really outreaching with answering our last questions before the hike and the room was cosy, clean and comfortable. But they definitely surprassed us with the breakfast; since we both eat vegan and one of us is allergic to gluten, we told them they day before about our complex diet wishes and that were already happy with something simple or some fruits. The next morning they were ready for us with homemade fresh chickpeawraps, homemade hummus, homemade cakes - all vegan and glutenfree. Best breakfast to start a tough and long hike with. Thanks a lot, would definitely come back!

The Hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one they could not have done anymore The breakfast was outstanding and Australian Ski accomodation could learn from this The access to the Ski lifts from Hotel was easy and the closeness to all other amenities was excellent

Nothing This would have to be one of the best Ski resorts in Europe we have been to Exceptional

Great hotel for that price range. It's a bit old fashioned but I guess most of these hotels have been around for a while. We were lucky and had a terrace and view onto the mountains. Free parking in front of the hotel and along the side if it gets busy. 15 min walk to most of the restaurants and the centre of town. There is a type of fast food place across the road though. The staff was very nice, the breakfast decent choices. There is some hot breakfast in (looking at you English and American visitors ;)). They let us leave our car for longer as well. We loved the area so would stay again.

The staff were exceptional, so friendly and very knowledgeable about activities we could do. Especially Franca who advised us about a trip to Trento that we enjoyed immensely

The hotel was very basic. It definitely needs modernizing.

Room was amazing, had a smart TV which we loved. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast included and was delicious. Quick walk to the lifts.

it’s in a wonderful location! it’s close to the centre and has many lovely restaurants in walking distance. The staff are really lovely!

we were in a room that was lovely but not sound proof so we heard the room next door till all hours of the morning! Also, it would really be lovely to have a kettle or small coffee machine in the room but you can get tea and coffee in the lounge.

What I expected. Room was good and breakfast was good. Lady on reception was great

Great hotel with handy on-site parking, very cosy rooms, very friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. A short walk to the gondola station with a few bars & restaurants nearby.
