Modern, beautiful, quiet, comfortable, spacious bright room. We loved it. Easy parking opposite the hotel. Location was great, just a few steps to the village square. Good quality breakfast, served by the wonderful team. Staff members were super amazing from the moment we checked in. The beautiful lady at the reception was super friendly & informative, the lovely young man brought our luggage up to the room and Hicham - the "star of the hotel" who really made our time there more than perfect. His dedicated attention to customers is 5 star quality. The hotel should be proud to have such a wonderful team. We highly recommend the hotel and we hope to be back.

Very fresh and newly updated hotel! Situated very close to the center. It was very a very comfortable and with nice big beds. Good value for your money.

When you book the hotel it is not really clear that you might stay in an other connected building that is an older newly renovated part of the hotel. Also the morning breakfast staff was a little young and unexperienced to the service level this hotel should have.

Rosengarten provided shuttle service from hotel to lifts was a big game changer - efficient, always with a smile, fantastic. Breakfast was good - though please add Bananas to your buffet. Coffee excellent. Didn't dine there for dinner but we'll try that next time we stay at the Rosengarten! They do seem to have links with restaurants in the neighborhood which were good... pizza place across the street for example.

Ok the rooms weren't huge - but we are a family of 5 and 1 adult + 2 teenagers shared one of our rooms. Hopefully next time we can be accommodated in a slightly larger one.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was really very nice. The location of the hotel is central and close to the cable cars (200-300m). Free parking is reserved outside. The spa has two saunas and a swimming pool. I recommend it.

A nice room with mountain view, conveniently located to town. The hotel had recently renovated a nice mix of traditional and modern. Helpful staff.

Carpets in the stairwell were stained. Probably due to it being late in the season but the bar area was locked and unavailable after about 8pm.

Very nice wellness centre. Courteous service. Parking space available.

The new rooms look cliché beige. We opted for the old one (with wood, bright colours, more character – it's the one we originally chose on booking so not sure why we were given a different one, with no sofa).

The hotel was conveniently located and the shuttle service to the lofts really made the everyone’s experience that much nicer, especially with younger children.

We had no complaints about the property.

Short lines, good terrain, we had snow, and it snowed while we were there. Exceeded expectations.

Nice hotel, very well equiped, tasty breakfast, room cleaning is done every day. Very nice champagne bar for aperitif or to visit after dinner
