The staff were so kind and friendly, location ideal right in the middle of town and walking distance to three different lifts, breakfast delicious with lots of variety and spacious rooms. There is also a lovely hotel bar with beautiful views of the slopes which is an ideal place to wind down after a day skiing. Overall we had a brilliant stay here - would very happily come again!

Our bathroom intermittently smelled of cigarette smoke - I think this must be some ventilation issue (first floor). No kettle in the bedroom, no bottled water provided on room service, plastic cups in the room. Pillows were hard. Quite expensive, for the price point you might expect a little more!

Excellent new property! Actually 250 m from the center and cable, has excellent services and staff! Have heated ski boots room, can use free of charge the underground covered garage, a lot of free stuff like fruits, snacks, etc, excellent value for the money! Florin, the bartender, is an excellent and attentive host, always ready to enjoy you after ski, or after dinner! Highly recommended! Excellent breakfast with proseco served, and one of the best espresso /capucino ever !

It’s not about don’t like, but would have been useful to have in the room coffee/tea making facility.

The hotel staff were very friendly and guided us through the process of getting up and running with ski gear, rentals, lessons and passes. Breakfast was a well appointed spread and staff very helpful. The hotel is close to the Spinale ski lift and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Large bottles of water were provided daily for guests to simply help themselves.

It would have been nice if there had been a simple gym at the hotel.

We had a large room with balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and a separate sleeping alcove. The room was much larger than we had anticipated. The bathroom was clean and large with a separated toilet area with bidet. The staff were super helpful, the room was cleaned everyday and despite it being off season the breakfast buffet was ready for us each morning.

The shower door was wobbly and water would get on the floor but other than that our stay was amazing!

The hotel is a recently renovated modern chalet style building. Rooms have wide windows and high celiengs, yet super cosy. A faboulous shower and fine toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast. Location spot on: walking distance from ski lifts for both sides of the ski areas, in the town centre, with a well stocked supermarket nearby too. Ski room and parking included.

Check in and check out experience can be improved. Staff was professional, although an extra smile wouldn't have hurt.

Very central to the amenities eg restaurants and supermarket etc. modern, clean with a lift. Breakfast was ideal and the staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms a nice size and always clean and tidy. lovely apres ski nibbles in the bar.

Mainly the walk back from the Spinale lift at the end of the day. Whilst it isn’t far in distance with kids and gear going up and down 30 steps isn’t ideal.

Amazing staff that is always there ready to help and provide best level of service and cater to any needs you may have. The team made our stay very pleasant. Apart from that, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel offers great and varied breakfast options.

Pillows were not great. Even though the team was very kind and replaced the pillows for new, they didn't really improve.

We used the hotel for one night, before starting out two day hike into the surrounding mountains. The receptionist was welcoming, and helpful even after our later than expected arrival. (thanks so much to the tall gentleman whose name I dont remember) Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was good. Thanks for a short but lovely stay and also looking after our car for the one night.

It is a very nice and clean hotel near the two car cable. To "5 laughi" car cable is about 250 m from the hotel. The "Spinale Express" is about 300 m from hotel, but the way is much more challenging - a lot of steps. The hotel is almost in the center of the town so there are a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. The breakfasts were very good. There were a lot of food to choose. The staff was very helpful. They tried to fix problems (we had room on the 4th floor and at the beginning we had very poor wifi. After we made a complaint they fixed the problem and the wifi was very good). If you want to use paper ski map, they have in the hotel (there are not paper maps in the ticket area). The parking is not very big, but we do not have any problems with parking place.

Unfortunately in our room was very hot. We could not change the temperature by ourselves so we told about it to the reception. They tried to do something, but anyway we had 22-23 degree in our room when we have the open window.

The staff , whether at reception, behind the bat or at breakfast - were all very friendly. Got good restaurant recommendations from the receptionist and in the evening the bar was a nice spot to hang out. Overall very good experience.

The only thing i did not like, and i know this is a personal preference, was the synthetic duvet on the bed. If you”re a ‘hot’ sleeper this is not comfortable
