The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

As the pool is somewhat small, getting into the spa requires planning in advance and book a specific hour.

Personnel was very helpful and friendly at the reception and at the spa. We got an early check-in and we could use the spa after check-out and skiing. The hotel arranged our pick up at neighbouring Savoia hotel free of charge while Savoia personnel offered the same for 15 Euros. The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and location - probably the best after we have been living in 7 hotels in Madonna di Campiglio over the years.

The color of the facade might be nicer:) The food at the restaurant at dinner was not up to the standard of the hotel and the level of prices. The venison we were served for dinner was too dry. Wines served by glass were too limited and low quality. Buffet of Trentino starters was just assorted meats - no salads or complex starters. Waiters could be a bit less cold. We moved to Spinale from the next door Savoia hotel and the contract was obvious. In Savoia they serve you a decent Lagrein reserva by the glass with a smile while in Spinale you just get an overpriced Teroldego with a look down.

Our stay at Spinale Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just step out of the ski locker area, hop on the gondola, and you’re on your way to a variety of fantastic runs. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with beds that are truly 10/10. The added touch of a Pillow Menu ensures a perfect night’s sleep, and the staff are exceptionally warm and accommodating—nothing is ever too much trouble. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and the shower is superb, adding to the overall luxury of the experience. The hotel’s spa is an oasis of relaxation—I only wish we had made time to use it every day! The lounge bar exudes a cozy and inviting ambiance, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The restaurant serves exquisite cuisine, and the breakfast spread each morning was simply flawless—another 10/10. Spinale Hotel exceeded all expectations, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We will definitely be back!

The elevator buttons. Only pointed down: not up. I got off of 6 trips that took me down not up. Needs to be fixed as a 5 STAR HOTEL.

Excellent service and staff, diverse breakfast, outstanding ski in/out location right nearby Spjnale slopes, short walking distance to Madonna’s pedestrian area.

Spa is well equipped, but rather small and it gets a bit crowded despite the effort of the staff to organize the access.

The location is awesome! The staff is super helpful and welcoming and the facilities are great.

The main elevator is faulty and has an issue with the buttons which often causes non required delays. The breakfast is missing some more fresh vegetables in addition to the existing tomato and cucumber.

The hotel location is amazing, right near the gondola and a few minutes walk from downtown. The rooms are a mix of old and new, some have been recently renovated, and some have not. One thing that I particularly liked was the balconies that each room had and the suspended sanitary (toilet, bidet). The continental breakfast was good, with a lot of options. The best thing about hotel Spinale is definitely the staff: Saverio, Evelyn, and Consuelo were literally amazing. They made our stay so special (there were 15 of us in total, so a lot of work!) Ski room was nice and easy to access from the gondola, parking was great as well.

The SPA was a little small compared to others I have been to, but had everything you would expect.

Best Location you could get! Nice boutique hotel with all amenities you need, neat rooms, saunas, pool, and safe storage for ski equipment.

Excellent location. 2 minute walk out the back door to the Spinale Express. The personal ski locker is great. Did not use pool or spa, only had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good. Beautiful facility in general. Some staff better than others. Bruno at the front desk is EXCEPTIONAL! The Head Waiter is also amazing. 2 standouts.

The rooms were super expensive for what we got, even over Christmas and NY and we paid for the upgraded room as the standard rooms looked dated on the photos. Our room was large, clean and very nice but should have had better shower and been more maintained for 1000 Euros a night. Drinks and bar area reasonable however!

The entire hotel experience was amazing! The staff, the room, the food, the spa and the location were all excellent!! Will recommend to all friends and will have everlasting great memories!
