ALL the people at the Splendid Hotel are exceptional. I mean all. Everyone was extremely helpful in more ways than can be explained. We very appreciated all the help they provided from check-in to check-out. Including food service, transportation to and from the ski lifts, if needed.

Better beds.

Very friendly staff and excellent bartender. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Also provided a range of alternative options for Gluten Free if you asked. Good range of ski hire available through the hotel. Fast and efficient WiFi.

A feature of the hotel was the spa which influenced our choice when booking. It was a surprise to find that this is only free to guests on a Monday otherwise incurs an extra charge. This should be clearer. Features like the mini-bus transport to different ski lifts could have been more obvious at check-in - we figured this out by chance on day 4. My room faced the street, so although neighbouring rooms were quiet in the hotel, the road is noisy. The rooms are pretty hot, so its a choice between street noise or fresh air.

The location is the best thing about the hotel, the view is amazing, breakfast is delicious. All the staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They have the ski room and the transport to the nearest cable car is included in the price.

Very nice hotel, maybe some refurbishing needed, friendly staff. Mr Racheed (best regards) serving as a free shuttle service to and from cable car station - much appreciated! Room (superior(?) with balcony) clean however quite small. Beds comfort 3,5/5. Everyday service. Hotel located in the main street/center of Madonna di Campiglio. Easy acces even on foot to the "5 laghi" funicular, of course all shops, restaurants, bars within reach even with very stormy winds ;). Very good breakfast and I can recommend even the dinner at the hotel for 40EUR/pax (4 courses, menu changes every day, choice from 3 different options) very good kitchen. Small swimming pool with jacuzi (included), sauna with additional fee. Good drink bar with competent barman and wide selection of spirits!

On the reservation voucher from booking.com there was a statement that there is "free parking included". At the end the receptionst said that the parking is 90 EUR/6 days. Finally it was made free for us, but it would need some precision from hotel, or from booking to not to spoil at the end overall good impressions.

Mattress and pillows were not very comfortable…very small room for the price.

Quick and tree shuttle to ski lifts was a game changer. Good location and parking available. Pool was nice.

Restaurant staff during breakfast was bored and tired. We felt as if we were an inconvenience for them. Not a good experience. Breakfast are monotonous. Every day is groundhog day.

Breakfast was amazing, the spa was great, can get quite busy though.

When we got there it took ages to get us the room, even though we got there after the check-in time, we had to change rooms 3 times until we got one we were happy with. We were 3 people (all big adults) and they tried to give us a double room with a sofa bed and considering we paid a lot more for a triple room we were quite disappointed. On the third go though they gave us a decent room so we settled, but was still pretty small.

Everything was perfect. The room (suite junior) was spacious and beautiful, with a wonderful balcony facing the moutains. The spa (pool, sauna, hamman) is great and is open until 8pm. The staff is very professionnal and friendly. Would 100% recommend!

Truly splendid hotel! We got a free upgrade to the suit, this was an amazing and spacious room with a sauna inside. We enjoyed the big wellness with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish hammam amongst others. Delicious and well varied breakfast. Perfect stay to relax before our hiking trip in Brenta!
