We love every bit of our stay in this hotel! First of all it's the view. We arrived very late at night and when we wake up in the morning we couldn't believe our eyes - these amazing rocks of Dolomite's! Our hearts were captured right away. Then we went for breakfast in a beautiful restaurant downstairs. We were welcomed by a relaxing music and kind waiters in a very specious and well decorated restaurant. We loved the breakfast - there was everything we needed. If something is missing you can always ask the waiters and they will be happy to help. And again that view from the big windows! Unforgettable! We loved the SPA as well. Wonderful steaming baths, saunas and pool with jacuzzi! There is a very helpful girl at the SPA who is ready to answer any question you might have. And don't want to forget seniora Silvana, the owner of the hotel. She was constantly present in the lobby area, greeting everyone warmly. She always wanted to know how is everything. And every guest was kindly given a generous gifts of sweets when leaving the hotel. What else to say! We simply were made to leave our hearts in the hotel and the amazing Dolomite's surrounding! Really hope to return one day again!

There isn't any thing that we didn't like.

The owner and the personnel at the reception were welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the mountains. The wellness area was also very nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was spatious and had a panoramic view of the mountains as well. Although the hotel is not in the city centre, it offers an efficient shuttle service.

Although we appreciated the upgrade to a larger room, the view was not great as the room faced the main road. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and the food was not typical from the region. For two consecutive nights, the cleaning personnel entered our room unannounced.

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Lorenzetti during our stay in Madonna di Campiglio. The Hotel is located less than 5' driving distance from the center of the village and offers a shuttle bus (free of charge) to the ski lifts and village center upon request. The breakfast offered variety of choices which was exactly what we were looking for. The room and all the hotel areas was very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite & helpful and along with Mrs. Lorenzetti (who is very kind and hospitable) made us feel like home. It was a memorable experience and we will definitely intend to visit them again.

The staff were amazing, they were all incredibly welcoming from the front desk, spa staff and waiters. The shuttle service was very useful for getting into town and back. The food in the hotel was very tasty and luxurious. Pascal the head waiter was a legend and a great host in the evenings. The views from the hotel were top notch, beautiful light on The Dolomites in the evenings. Meeting Madame Lorenzetti was a highlight of the stay there, she was welcoming and a great host. Would love to go back there, the photos and videos we were able to capture while staying were beautiful. The area is surrounded by a multitude of hikes for all abilities and ages. My Partner is professional photographer and videographer and would love to send the hotel some of the pictures and video as a bit of a thank you for the wonder stay and experience.

All the hotel staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The night manager and the waiting staff were particularly good. The restaurant/breakfast room had stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. We chose half board which came with a good variety for each course and a buffet option to start if feeling particularly hungry. Cake and mulled wine available in the lobby every afternoon for apres-ski. Our room was spacious with again fantastic views from the balcony. Despite the hotel being quite busy, we never heard any noise from our room. 12 hours per day free access to the spa. Free shuttle bus on demand to and from all the resort gondala stations. Approximately 10-15 minute walk in to the town centre with only one small section near the main road. We were given 2 large and delicious cakes on departure from the owners.

One of the shuttle bus drivers was quite grumpy and seemed annoyed if you wanted to go to the further away drop offs. He also didn't take very good care of our ski's when loading; just chucked them all in the back carelessly. The other 2 drivers were much nicer. Ski deposit room only had a few secure lockers which were full and the room was not locked so in theory anyone could walk in off the road and take things. Only Italian channels on the 2 smart TVs in the room and unable to log into our Netflix etc due to their server. WiFi worked reasonably well so ended up watching things on our phones. The steam room in the spa was not turned on in quieter periods.

Exceptional place and staff friendliness. We couldn’t go snowboarding in one day because all the slopes were closed. So the manager informed all the guests that saunas will be opened earlier than usually. Shuttle service was also amazing. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. During breakfast we had a big variety of food to choose. What I liked the most - a lot of fruits, which is very uncommon in the Alps area.

The carpet in the room was not vacuumed every day.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at! We had problems with our car so we arrived later than planned. When we arrived we were opgraded to a better room (maybe the staff felt sorry for us?) Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, who were polite and quick to smile, even when non italians like us made mistakes when ordering food. Quick service, delicious food, great coffee in the morning. The shuttle service from the hotel worked well. Mrs Lorenzetti was charming and friendly, met us when we arrived, and came with some small cakes as a present when we left. Thanks for a great stay - we will be back.

Everything corresponds to the information on the website. Photos are reliable, service 5*, location,very detailed information was given to us by the receptionist Ivan (thank him very much for such a welcome) and the shuttle driver. Shuttle to the ski lift and to the hotel (waited not more 2-3 minutes) Delicious dinners. The presence of the hotel owner created a caring atmosphere.. live music. Fruits and tea with sweets were always at the reception. The view from the window is breathtaking... Upon departure, beautiful Mrs Lorenzetti comes out to personally see off the guests and gives her cake. Thank you.

The rooms are clean. You can book a private parking A lady on her 70s, who I think is the owner, has the top sense of hospitality, something you no longer find easily elsewhere. It’s worth going back to this hotel even just to meet her <3 Shuttle drivers and lady at reception amazing in solving logics problems. They made my day in one occasion where things went tough. Spa is great to have after skiing

Probably the music at night that goes a bit loud until 11pm, you may not hear it though if your room isn’t near. Fridge in the room had some problems, didn’t cool down drinks (however in the winter you can use the balcony for that!) Room Thermostat didn’t work, probably because the temp is controlled downstairs (i.e. centralized?)

The absolute best service ever -- and I don't say that lightly. The workers at the desk and in the restaurant were absolutely the best in the world. We did the half-board option (dinner included), which was an absolute pleasure every night we were there. The only difficulty was in deciding which of the excellent menu options to choose. Senora Lorenzetti takes a personal interest in each and every guest and making sure they have a nice stay.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great.
