We spent a great week in this lovely, family owned and run hotel. The hotel's location is perfect on its own because it is a 5-10-minute walk from the beach, the town center of Procchio, and the urban bus stops. Hotel Monna Lisa provides excellent service!! We had numerous options to select from at breakfast, and for dinner, we could select from 3 options (meat, fish/seafood, vegetarian) from starters and then from the main coarse as well. We had the chance to try a bit from actual Italian cuisine. They also have a variety of desserts. The rooms and the hotel itself are immaculate, everything is clean and very well-kept! The rooms are well air conditioned too, they are equipped with a refrigerator and a safe too. Last but definitely not least, the staff is very kind and friendly, they were eager to help us with whatever we needed, they also arranged a taxi service for us. Moreover, they offer a wide range of trips and activities in Elba, we tried the boat trip, which was fun. This place is surely worth its price, highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed a week in Procchio at Monnalisa Hotel. We had a super great time. The staff was amazing and always available for any questions or problems. The restaurant was also very good. Good variety and high quality. Monnalisa Hotel also has one of the best breakfast we ever had.

Everything was super good. The only thing we didn’t appreciate a lot was paying for the water during dinners. We thought we had to pay only for drinks and wine not also water. But it’s just a detail. Besides this everything was perfect.

We didn't have much time to review available options as it was a last-minute booking but for this place I saw a number of reviews mentioning how good the three sisters were running the place. That made us book it and it was really nice to see them working together. They were nice and helpful. The room was great and spacious. The bathroom felt new, shiny, and clean. A short walk from the beach and restaurant options. Having parking spaces was a plus too. (One night it was all full so we had to park on the side of the road but oh well, it happens.)

Beautiful location, lovely 3 sisters owners with her father, willing, smiling. I admire their vigor and energy. Very good holiday for me and my family.

Despite the reception closing at 10:30 p.m., the personnel was super-available to wait until a later hour to give us the keys to our room. They were really nice and professional!

The people were really good. Available and kind. The location was in a good position to see the beauty of the island. Easy for finding beautiful beaches but also to explore with rented scooters.

Price was much higher than what we would have paid if not using booking: I have complained to booking, but with no satisfactory reply, and no reimboursement of the difference.

The location is good, the rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is very nice, I would especially like to praise the staff, who are very friendly and ready to help with advice about the island of Elba. In any case, I would happily return to the hotel.
