This is a fantastic place, and we enjoyed enormously our short holiday. We liked the beautiful location, within a park reaching out to the sea, and the direct access to the seaside, in a private cove where you had free use of deckchairs, beach umbrellas, as well as sport equipment such as kayaks and sups. The flat (flat 13) was small but cozy well appointed, and equipped with everything we needed. The indoor spaces were enhanced by a veranda and terrace with an incredible view. Everything had an informal and relaxed feel, even in one of the busiest August holiday weeks. We are already thinking about our next stay!

Very minor issues which is not even worth talking about!

Fantastic place. Very dog friendly - even left us a welcome pack for our dog. Great private beach with chairs and umbrellas and paddleboards and kayaks whenever you please. Very clean rooms, very spacious and great views. Unless you’re really into fancy furniture, don’t let the reviews about outdates interiors bother you. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful and there is also a wild beach a bit to the left which has even better access for dogs to go into the water. But dogs are welcome also at the main private beach of the residence. Marina Marciana is a nice 20 min walk away and there is a less frequented road for a more peaceful walk.

The separation of balconies or terraces between neighbors could provide a bit more privacy.

The setting on the cliff, with the private area by the water is amazing. We stayed in a seafront apartment, which was a 10/10 when it comes to view, surroundings etc

To be honest, if all the issues were fixed, the price would probably triple, so in a way, it’s actually good that the apartment has a few flaws. We stayed there as a family of five (two adults and three kids) and it worked great. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. That said, it’s not exactly modern, a bit below its full potential in terms of standard. For example, there’s only one AC unit in one room, so that room gets freezing cold just to keep the rest of the apartment at a reasonable temperature. The kitchen equipment also felt a bit dirty and outdated, a dishwasher would be a great improvement here. But honestly, none of that really matters, the location and the view make up for everything. If you can get one of the sea front rooms, you won’t regret it.

The stunning view from our spacious terrace, the private beachfront with kayaks and the well-cared for terraced garden. The staff are friendly and available when needed. Marciana Marina, which is truly a picturesque little town, is fairly close by.

Beautiful accommodation with a private beach, canoes and sups to enjoy freely, without booking or scheduling (very much appreciated by our teenage kids). The path to the public beach behind the corner via the rocks looks scary but well-maintained and is much safer than it looks. Our 3 kids loved foldable murphy beds (double bed + bunkbeds) in the living room, which gave us the whole bedroom to ourselves. There was a double bed in the bedroom as well, which might be handy with younger kids, but we were happy to sleep without our kids in the same room. There is a special room with a fridge/shower and some other facilities which could be used on the day of departure after checking out from the apartment. It was very nice to be able to go for a swim and relax a bit before getting back on the road without being rushed to leave.

A view to die for. The property has been carefully groomed for years and all the spots that look out into the sea are breathtaking. A short car ride into town - don't even think about walking - puts you into restaurants and bars and then you can explore the rest of the island. The owner is friendly and ready to share a laugh or a drink.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Wish we had been their during the summer to enjoy the boats and some swimming. We hope to return.

we loved the location and the outdoor facilities. Just amazing. The little studio flat we stay was ok but we see rooms for improvements. great the terrace and the spectacular sea view

The bath room is really outdated, it needs a major  renovation just like the beds….also the dogs from the another residences were quite annoying.

The location is absolutely gorgeous if you prefer swimming from cliffs instead of sand beaches. The hotel has a private rocky beach (not suitable for those who cannot swim, since the water is deep or for those those who have walking problems, since there is a steep path down to the water). It will never get too crowdy so you will be able to have your own private spot. The use of chairs, umbrella, kajaks and sups are included in the hotel prize. There is also a shower beside the water which we appreciated. We never felt we had to explore other beaches on our stay (which is rare for us). The rooms were good and we specially enjoyed the cocking possibilities, the fridge, the air condition and the private balcony with the stunning view.

Maybe we missed a bar with cold drinks, but since the room had a fridge it wasn't a big problem, we just saved money:)
