The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area 10 min walk from the city center. Breakfast was lovely and so was the staff.

The room was quite outdated, some basic items like the hairdryer and airco were malfunctioning. The pillows were not comfortable.

The staff where very helpful and kind. We initially had a room with a tiny shower and rather dated furniture and they changed us to a nicer one immediately. The pool area is nice, both in and outdoors. Walking distance from the lovely town.

The facilities could be freshened up a little. The breakfast could improve as well with little effort.

The staff were so attentive and did everything with a smile. Rooms were large and air conditioning wasn’t noisy. Always room by the pool. Waiter service at the pool. Location great for easy walk to the sea front and restaurant/bars.

Facilities ie the 3 swimming pools and large bedrooms. Friendly, gracious staff who were keen to please.

One small concern. Lack of a proper shower in bathroom. Not easy to shower in the bath especially foe elderly clients like my wife and myself.

The place is very clean, with 2 lovely outdoor pool areas. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Perfect location, a few minutes walk to the seafront/restaurants etc.

Lovely from reception staff, great location and amazing pool. We found the front staff super friendly, helpful and kind. The three pools were an absolute treat. Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Fine breakfast. Comfy spacious room with balcony. Good pools though we tended to travel the island. Very clean and staff very pleasant. Sufficient parking space. Beach is a pleasant stroll down the road, but not sandy so car needed if seeking one or take the infrequent bus. Plenty of good Italian restaurants at the harbour. Elba is a wonderful island to visit with so much to see and just an hour by ferry away from Piambino on the mainland.

Might have been handy to have a desk as I needed to do a bit of work, but lounge quiet enough to get on with it.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast didn’t start until 8 on a Sunday but staff packed a very generous take away breakfast as I had to leave early.

Very nice hotel, big spacy rooms with balcony or terrace; parking available in hotel; well functioning internet; excellent breakfast staff very friendly, helpful great pool, always enough place at the pool good location 5-7 min to sea and all restaurants; supermarket just around corner , 10 min walking to special rocky ( snorkelling) beach . You can stay all time without car in the village , except if you want to go around Elba, but with 38-39C the hotel with pool , close to beach was the best .
