Staff were the friendliest people, could not do enough to help and very welcoming. Photos of the hotel are a good reflection. It is a beautiful spot. The gardens were lovely to spend an hour or two in after a busy day sightseeing. The hotel is literally a minute away from the sea front and the restaurants for dinner. It was a bank holiday when we visited so we should have booked. Other nights there was lots of choice. Parking is across the road and a little tight but we managed with an estate car. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice. Our whole stay was great value and the hotel is in a good location for checking out the Island. There is a supermarket across the road if you need anything

The property is perfectly located. In the center of Marciana Marina, at few steps from restaurants, shops and the seaside. Stuff was the kindest, bedroom perfectly cleaned, breakfast included everything we could ask.

Maybe a bit pricey but it’s respecting Elba’s standards. If you wish to travel daily all around the island maybe is not the perfect location but honestly we didn’t mind doing 30-40 minutes car travels to get anywhere in the island. If you get lazy just stay in Marciana Marina which offers absolutely everything. Overall we had no complaints

Breakfast was excellent, servis as well. Nice , clean place , close to center. Lot of good restaurants around. Try La Corte and La Scaletta.

Pool too cold to enjoy. Beach in walking distance is mediocre, we never used. Its not the fault of the hotel , but good to keep in mind , that the north part of the island , during our stay had lot of jelly fish, making north shore unusable. It may be different during other times, I am no expert. But if I go again, I would book west or south location.

The staff were fantastic. Smiley, helpful and the attention to detail was unparalleled. It was small things like remembering the coffee order, or preferences for cooked breakfast. The facilities were very good too. The gym was perfectly sized and equipped for 'maintenance' (ie. body weight work outs or a bit of cardio), and, did I mention how amazing the staff were?

This was the most beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. Nothing was too much hassle for them, and our room was beautiful. The garden is stunning and the pool is lovely. We felt so welcomed here and the breakfast is exceptional. We were here for our honeymoon and we felt so special, arriving to a bottle of champagne and our room was let immaculate every single day with housekeeping coming in twice!

We were unaware the parking was paid at €15 a day, but booking.com should have advertised this.

Very attentive and multi lingual recepiton staff. Excellent breakfast, catering for all choices and prompt attentive service. Available parking (a real advantage in Elba). Links to nearby (good) restraurants with a negotiated discount.

Some aspects of the room were a bit too 'boutique' and impractical; otherwise all was very good.

Great facilities, perfect location close to the town centre and the beach. Easy parking and quick access to the rest of the island. Shot out in particular to Elisabetta and the team at reception who were exceptional in their care and attention throughout our stay.

We stayed a full week with our dog. The staff was absolutely fantastic. For breakfast they brought out a full basket of gluten free products to choose from and they were accommodating for other requests. The location, pool and cafe/bar is perfect, and just around the corner you have wonderful restaurants, the sea and a small bar.

The extra charge for dog per night was very high. We frequently stay with our dog at hotels like Marina Garden and we've never paid more than 10€ per night extra.

We really loved our stay here! From the moment we checked-in (great welcome at the reception + an upgrade of our room, with stunning views), to our breakfast in the morning which had such a variety of choices and all of the amenities that were on site, we had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this place.

The location and the hotel itself are great. Breakfasts were super and the staff is simply amazing, always friendly, forthcoming and genuinely supportive (Waving hello to Mrs Elisabete)! Our dog was also very well taken care of. Thank you!
