This was our second stay at the hotel, so we were already familiar with what to expect. The service remains consistently pleasant and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The spacious, abundant breakfasts and dinner options were a highlight, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The hotel's location provides convenient access to some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy outdoor winter activities.

Food was excellent for the children - lots of choice. It was great to have the option of the ski buses in both directions, but I would have liked them to start earlier and finish later!

The coffee at breakfast was awful. The bar opened too late in the morning for me to have tried the coffee from there. The ambiance in the bar area wasn't very cosy - we preferred to wait for dinner in our room than go have an apero.

We stayed at Regina e Fassa for a week and despite low expectations from reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel offers great value with half board, delicious and varied dinners, friendly staff, and a hardworking manager. Our room was cleaned daily, although the hotel could use some updates. Noise from neighboring guests was a downside, but overall, we'd happily return for another ski trip in Val de Fassa.

The other people being obnoxious, screaming in the hallways and banging doors.

The location is perfect. The breakfast and dinner were good. The bed and towels were clean. The hotel looks old, but it's ok to stay for 1 night: especially thanks to the presence of a restaurant.

We booked a room with a mountain view, however, we got the room on the first floor, under the balcony with a view of the dumpsters and the fence. The number was changed after complaints, but the aftertaste remained. We didn't identify wi-fi. And there was no soap in the shower.

This is a nice place to stay if you want to explore this area. The accomodation was clean, the rooms had enough space. The half board was tasty and provided enough food all the serving time along, though it was not changing that much from day to day. The stuff was very friendly. The value we got for the money was good.

Peacefull location a bit out of the centre... Very good Buffet meal choice. Very cleaned room.

In our room the TV should have a position opposit of the bed, otherwise cannot be watched without bending the neck in some odd positions... Shuttle service is necessary and provided for free (which is excellent), but could be organised more frequently.

The hotel is a bit old fashioned, but it is a good deal for the money. There is a small guy - a thread mill, bicycle and weight lifting. There is a bus that can drive you to the slopes that starts from the hotel on every half an hour and drives to the lift on 217 Vajolet 1 or Col de Lin. Also there is a ski wardrobe in the basement and from there you have only one door to the bus.

Of course, it's neither a brand new hotel nor a refurbished (most recently) one, but, it's a well maintained and we received a good value for the money paid. Friendly staff.

Please, find a way to improve the WiFi. It will be quite useful for foreigners and It will cost you almost nothing.

I am a traveler and i dont have any complains about hotel for that price, i enjoy there. Good food good stuff. Only free shutlle bus driver dont understand english.
