Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Dario, the owner was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home. He was the epitome of hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. When we wanted help to go to the airport because we had an issue with our car, he offered to take us there immediately! More than enough, thanks again! Great breakfast too!

Stayed for one night only as we had to leave early to catch the plane, but definitely recommend. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice a perfectly clean. You can park your car in from of the villa- safely behind an electronic fence. Perfect for a visit of mount Etna or reaching the airport.

Beautiful hotel at the base of Etna! Excellent place to serve as your base for Etna adventures! The hotel was clean, stylish, and cozy! It was wonderful coming home to a comfy bed and hot showers. Dario was an amazing host, always helpful and kind, prividing breakfast and infomation about Sicily.

The location was great, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The third bed in the three-bedroom apartment is quite firm and uncomfortable for sleeping, and nighttime traffic noise can be a bit disruptive.

The most memorable thing about this place is most definitely the host Dario, very kind and attentive to the needs of his travellers. The location is easy to find with a private (gated) parking space, great breakfast, clean and comfy room. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend giving it a try if you are in the area.

We had a great stay at UP&B rooms. Our host was very kind and breakfast was nice. Great coffee! The rooms are nice and clean and the private parking is nice. Amazing shower. Our goal was to explore the area around Catania, including Etna. UP&B is a great base for this.

- Breakfast was very (Italian style) sweet focused. Could be a little more savory. - The location is next to a busy road. We were a little hesitant to start our cycling trip up Etna from here, even though it should be possible.

The room was cosy and consisted of the necessary facilities for a short stay. The breakfast was exceptional due to the very delicious pastries brought by the best host Dario. Dario is very kind and helps you if needed.

The parking was very rocky and tight. Not ideal for low cars.

All was great! The room was clean with a comfy bed. Fresh breakfast not individually wrapped ones . The host accommodated my request of early breakfast just great stay

Spacious room with a nice view of Etna, perfect for family of 3 or 4. Great location to stay if visiting with car as there is parking on site. 20 min drive to Catania centre and less than 1hr drive to Taormina and Mount Etna. Dario was an exceptional host, very welcoming, polite and super helpful with great advice for visiting local attractions.
