Very smart hotel with pleasant room, good facilities and good restaurant.

Was October and cool wet weather so we chose this hotel as it had an indoor pool. Was an extra €25 per person for 1.5 hours but didn't open until 1.30pm. Also compulsory to buy a swimming cap which half the guests then didn't wear. Scam. Spa receptionist not pleasant either. Restaurant food was very good but small portions and overpriced. Location is a bit dull, 15 min drive in to Matera but hourly bus is only €1.50, last bus back is 10pm which doesn't suit the late Italian dinner. We tried to organise a taxi back but was €25 and taxi company didn't answer the phone.

Even if it was a very short stay, we enjoyed it very much! The hotel has a large and beautiful garden and plenty of parking spots! The lobby looks welcoming and the staff was very friendly! We had a standard room, it was large and clean, well equipped with everything you might need for a short/long stay. The bathroom was very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a very good breakfast with plenty of local traditional pastries, hot and cold specialties. It was a great overnight stay before visiting Sassi di Matera Unesco heritage...

Nothing in particular, everything was just fine: the place looks exactly as described and reflected in pictures. We will definitely return!

Very nice hotel just between Matera end Altamura in a quiet area just minutes away from highway connections. Very nice pool and resting area outside, even an inside swimming pool. Nice rooms wit airco and a good bathroom.

Although they were renovating part of the building we didn't hear anything. it was a very pleasant stay.

The pools, wellness area and grounds are lovely. There's plenty of room to relax and unwind. The room was great and the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast is excellent and it is easy to get to Matera and the surrounding areas. Would go again.

We could hear people talking in the room above us, which was a bit unfortunate as we were hoping for some good night sleep. Our mattress was very very soft, but we realised that by turning it around it was quite comfortable.

Everything was great, but the Spa. The breakfast was great. We didn't use the pool. It was closed when we arrived and when we left.

We were not satisfied with the spa, which was only open in the afternoon and until 8 p.m. We couldn't use it the day we arrived because it was 9 p.m., nor the day we left because at 10 a.m. it was closed.

Breakfast was great also the pool area and garden - pretty amazing

Internet connection was very poor in pool area and it was dropping in the hotel lobby. This should be fixed because it isn't at the level of this hotel. For example I was staying at some regular hotel just day before (actyally family house) where I didn't had any issues with wifi during my stay but here I really had to use 4g internet most of the day because of hotel's wifi just wasn't reliable even with the empty pool area

This hotel is an oasis of comfort and elegance and provides a very good and abundant breakfast. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool surended by palmtrees where we relaxed in a very hot afternoon. In addition to the remarkable amenities, the hotel boasted a variety of leisure facilities including spa, lush gardens and bar pool. Last but not least the staff dedications to hospitality left a good impression on me.

My only regret is that my stay was not longer

We stayed there for one night. The room was very clean & new. The hotel has a great bar & breakfast. The location was very good, we wanted a place easily accessible by car but not too far from the old Matera.

Nice , big and clean hotel surrounded with green areas. With free parking, tv , internet, comfortable bed, nice rooms with fridge and private bathroom and a small balcony. A good breakfast . With bar and restaurant open till late. 10mins walk there's centro commerciale.

Everything! We LOVE Matera and this hotel is such a JAM!!!! Kind people at the reception, nice breakfast.

The indoor pool costs extra, it should be included in the price of the room really.
