The agriturism is very nice, with spacious AC rooms, a nice garden, a whole restaurant (serving visitors and guests), and a wonderful pool with bar. Matera is five minutes away by car.

The Agriturismo has a nice restaurant and a lovely swimming pool. We couldn't survive the heat during the day without it. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we had to go to a wedding serenata at 9pm and the staff agreed to open the restaurant half an hour early at 8pm for us. Not quite enough time for a proper meal but at least we didn't have to go hungry. We also like the location as it's only about 10-15 minute drive into Matera centre.

Our room was huge but as it is so big, the air conditioning didn't cool down the room at all so we had 2 sleepless nights as it was so hot. Opening the small window didn't help either. There isn't a reception area and there was no one around when we arrived. Eventually we found a member of staff inside the restaurant but he didn't know anything about our booking and had to call the owner, so the 'check in' took some time.

Green pool, not available. Not warned in advance. Place was not well maintained. We booked for the pool and were very disappointed since it was not in service. We could have booked cheaper places with better facilities.

Nothing

It was totally unprepared for visitors, swimming pool was empty, garden’s unkempt, rooms very basic for the price charged. It was very apparent no one had stayed for a considerable amount of time yet the management were still accepting bookings despite its terrible presentation. We were so disappointed we left one hour after arriving and took the matter up with booking. com for false advertising and photos that did not depict the current state of the property. We also also asked for a refund which was not forthcoming.
