A stylish and well fitted out apartment with everything had one could want or need. An Excellent coffee machine, large refrigerator and good shower and bathroom all help to make the stay extremely comfortable. Wifi was strong and fast, and a desk was provided. Location was good, with ready access to things that I wanted to see, and parking easy. Great interaction and communication with the owners, despite me having significant phone difficulties after a software update I could not fault a thing.

A clean, secure apartment that had all the facilities that we could need. Easy to enter. The host were the best we met during our 10 dag trip in south Italy. We got good information about the neighbourhood and the best way to see the sassi. easy walk to the old town. Generous breakfast with ham and cheese in the fridge and a good coffee machine. Comfortable bed, nice decorated apartment including shining clean bathroom. We arrived by car, it was an easy drive and lots of simple parking nearby.

To be honest, we don't have so much to complain about. For our short stay it was just perfect.

loved the whole experience. Beautiful large apt,great shower, best comfy bed, the fridge was supplied w milk, kefir, yogurt, water, even butter, meat and cheese!. Many snacks and jams and packaged cornetti and sweets and a great coffee maker. Host gave good tips for sites, grocery is a block away, free ample safe parking in the area,even right in front. Great location..can walk to the Sassi, 20 min walk. Great lighting in apt.. the best one yet fir reading!

Prob my own bias but I would have liked softer pillows. Only a suggestion.. add a serrated knife for cutting bread, but great kitchen!

Quite and peaceful location, yet not far away from Sassi the Matera. A lot of options for free parking next to the property if you travel by car. The apartment was lovely, impeccably clean and decorated with style with all the facilities needed for a convenient stay. The bed was very comfy, we didn’t miss anything.

Spacious room, clean with all amenities available, including extra pillows, slippers etc. Cool room decorated very nicely. Host also let us check in a bit earlier as room was available. Plenry of water & juices & coffee

breakfast is prepackaged (a bit better than your typical italiano as ham & cheese is provided ) but there is kitchinette in the room which you can use to cook up a breakfast for yourself

absolutely brilliant location, beautiful unit, very quiet area, walking distance to everything, and host was very welcoming. 15/10

A great Hospitality by Francesco the owner of the place. A very nice apartment close to the main sites by walking and very convenient for those who araiving with a car. At the apartment we had all the facilities to cook our own food. A supermarket near by and a lot of parking place.

Location was great very close to the historical center but also very quiet and close to convenience stores, restaurants and bakeries (5 minutes walking discuss). Free parking outside of the room was a big plus. Room was spacious and very clean. The host welcomed us and even arranged to check in much earlier than the indicated time. We would definitely recommend and use again if we return to Matera!!

Very clean and compact flat in a great location with easy access to all parts of the city including the beautiful Sassi area and loved the recycling bins in the property. Our host, Francesco was very nice too and we enjoyed our stay in the flat, would stay again the next time we are in Matera.

Very comfortable bed, quite large appartament, well equipped kitchen and nice owner. quite close to the sassi (15 min walk)

-place is not for more than 2 ppl cause small sofa is very uncomfortable just to sit on it - no smart TV - ground floor in front of school and school football fold hence noise and children running in front of the window - charming owner struggles with English :) -
