A lovely quirky newly renovated place. It was just a couple of minutes walk to Sassi. A very comfortable large bed and the heating cooling system is great. Great coffee machine. A lovely job has been done on the renovations. Excellent communication with the owner which also makes a huge difference 🙂

The bedroom ceiling was perfect for me but if you were a taller person it might be a bit low

The location is really good. Very close to the historic area. Bathroom and hole apartment is very clean. It's spacious.

Sofa bad for children could be better, the matress is very tiny and uncomfortable. There wasn't windows and daily light. We stayad only one night so we didn't mind about that.

Really darling property in the heart of the city within comfortable walking distance between Matera Centrale and the sassi. The bed was comfortable and you’re provided with tea and coffee.

The bathroom shower should be fixed. :( its very very very very hard to find parking anyway we liked the hotel and we loved Matera

The host couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. He told us about the town. He gave us a list of places to eat. We tried the first place on the list as it was close by. Our meal was delicious.

Beautifully furnished apartment, clean and very close to the historical area. Communicative and positive host.

It was clean and fairly central. I felt safe as a lone, female traveller. good communication from the host.

The door was difficult to open from the inside.

the apartment was just a stone's throw away from the centro storico, all sights were within walking distance.
