The staff was exceptional. There was a miscommunication about how many people were staying in the room, an error on my part, but the staff was more than understanding and accommodating. The house cleaning staff was also wonderful. Timed the room cleaning to when we were at breakfast (which is also incredible) and we would come back to a wonderfully done up room.

There was no air conditioning, but hey, we are in the mountains! It was pretty warm out while we were there so we slept with the doors open and it was perfectly comfortable, quiet and bug free.

It's an easy walk to the center (15 minutes) and there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance (5 - 10 minutes) Plenty of car parking available

we are always late down for breakfast so it would be nice if the scramble egg was refreshed later (but breakfast was generally good)

The view of the mountains from our room and the included breakfast <3 the staff was also very accommodating when we arrived outside of check in hours due to complications with our bus. The room was also very warm and well-furnished

This is the second time we have been here. The town and the location is spectacular. We experienced friendly hospitality, polite service and flexibility in fulfilling individual requests.

Everything is great. Fantastic mountains view from the balcony, friendly and attentive hotel staff, tasty breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs. The pool is cold enough to stay fresh during the hot Italian summer. The hotel is located in an old chateau in the mountains. Very romantic and charming. Excellent location! Only 15 minutes and you are already in the city center.

The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning. But it is manageable if you sleep with the balcony and windows open. We had a room on the roof and even at +40 it was a good sleep.

Schönbrunn hotel is a great hotel to stay in! Very quaint and located in a very nice neighborhood surrounded by green trees just 15 min from the old town! We were awakened by a concert of birds early in the morning! Just beautiful. The rooms are nice and clean, of a good size with a beautiful balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The owner and the staff are really helpful and super friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods. We will definitely go back next time we are in town!

Perfect stay, very friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. The hotel is in a pleasant residential area, easy to access by car and in walking distance to the city center and the Trauttmandorff Gardens as well. We loved just everything about our stay in the hotel.

Great breakfast, nice staff. We had an older room but the bathroom was already new. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet street with a 20min walk to the city Center. Parking space for bikes were available.
