A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

Our first room was near the dining area so it was noisy however, they shifted us no problem when we talked to them about it.

Beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens and grounds. We came here on honeymoon and it was so relaxing- exactly what we needed. The restaurant staff were so professional, and knowledgeable- in particular Raj who took the time to get to know us and explained all the food and wine to us. We would love to come back some time!

We spent 4 unforgettable days there. Everything was great!

We booked to celebrate my husband’s birthday, & our expectations & more were met. From the moment you set foot through the front door into the beautiful entrance of the Villa, you are made to feel like the most important people in the world. Service is personal & discreet, with nothing appearing to be too much of an effort. We stayed in the tastefully decorated Pavarotti Junior Suite with bay windows overlooking the gorgeous garden. The all inclusive meals were a treat for the taste buds! Breakfast was plentiful with choices to satisfy many palates, & the light lunch perfect - soups, salads.... Dinner was something truly special. Usually all inclusive dinners are buffets, but each night was a delight for the taste buds with a different menu of the highest quality, creativity & care. I apologize for being unable to name each staff member who crossed our path, from Reception, Dining Room, Room cleaning staff... the rooms were cleaned & ready each morning by the time we returned from breakfast, like magic elves! Thanks to reception staff, GIulia, Elisabetta..... And of course our experience was highlighted by Raj who is like a personal host, making you feel most welcome; and also to mention Andrea, Blerant and Constantine... I also went to a lovely, stretchy yoga class in the calming yoga studio & a wonderful afternoon walk with Irmi! We left only this morning, but will certainly be back, & we are already missing the beautiful Villa Eden - a little corner of heaven on earth.
