I booked fairly last minute because I needed a place for 10 days to get some work done. Very friendly staff and a nice and quiet place with shops and coffee shops nearby. Getting to Messina Centro by bus is easy, just download the ATM app and buy a bus ticket valid for 100 minutes after activation. Breakfast was Italian cornetto. Great wifi and I could work from my room and from the terrace.

1. The shower is really small. 2. I was sent a code to enter 15 minutes before my arrival time. I've been in Italy for a while and have mobile internet, so it was ok but it's something that should be communicated more clearly so that especially foreigners from non-EU countries are aware of this.

Exactly what I needed for Messina, as I wanted to stay in front of the promenade. Clean and spacious room, lovely balcony, cute breakfast, the lady that I met in the morning was very friendly. I parked my car exactly in front of the building, that was very convenient and it is free-white colored line. If u are hungry, try the pizza restaurant 50m on your left hand side, as you get out of the property :P I will go back to Blue Mediterraneo soon!

I wanted somewhere for one night right by the ferry terminal so this was perfect, although it’s not necessarily the nicest part of Messina and about a 45 min walk into the city centre. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, very easy to get in. Breakfast was good.

They upgraded me for free to a perfect room. Spacious and clean In the morning there was a nice woman who explained breakfast to me. Overall a great stay near the ferry.

the location of the airbnb is perfect. it is near the tram. the room is nice and clean, and the staff is really helpful. i highly recommend you to stay here. the privacy is excellent!!

Catching the ferry the next morning this place was ideal. Exceptionally clean with good self serve breakfast.
