Very clean, perfect breakfast, good personnel, internal parking, not many guests in hotel and very quiet inside. Nice view on the river. City bus in 3 min fm hotel. On the second day, we found the room perfectly set up, as if we had just checked in.

My room was on the top (4th) floor, right under the roof. The sloped ceiling made it hard to move around — we kept bumping our heads, and it was uncomfortable constantly having to duck. The air conditioner would make a loud noise every 15–20 minutes, occasionally waking us up during the night.

Rooms were nice and big and everything very clean. Its a nice hotel and the breakfast was wonderful. Great value for money.

The room was located in the front of hotel so could not even look out the windows and the road noise during night was loud so I would suggest the river facing rooms with a nice view. We booked the hotel because of the car charger but they only had the Italian plugs and no adapters, you could use their cable for 50 euro deposit but had to pay cash and we hardly have cash on us. We dont understand why because you have our credit card details. That meant we had to go sit in a car park 22:00 at night to charge.

Hotel is perfectly located. Rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast exceeded our expectations and the whole staff was very nice.

Rooms are quite small, especially single ones. In a double room, shower holder was broken and it was impossible to set the angle of the shower. Private parking lot is also small so it is better to book a spot in advance. Parking is located alongside busy street so be careful when leaving in the morning.

Breakfast unusually complete and yummy for an Italian establishment that is not 5*. Crew very helpful and nice.

Gym is smaller than steam and dry sauna. It should be the contrary and also dumbbells max. 5kg is for ladies only..... room to improve there.

Excellent location when you have travelled by car as the pubic transport (bus 67 opposite hotel) to Torino is a short walk. Very modern rooms with great gym and breakfast room. A climbing walk to Moncalieri shops, cafes & restaurants.

Nothing as it is Best Quality

Very professional hotel and excellent service from the front desk and whole team, 20-30 minutes from central Turin depending on your mode of transport. Very good buffet breakfast but no evening meal available. However just an easy 10 minutes stroll into the lovely small town of Moncalieri with some lovely bars and restaurants. The front desk team will advise you depending on your requirements.

Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. The staff were very helpful. Surprisingly they had a luggage trolley, a rarity these days.

The air conditioner struggled with the summer heat and humidity.

Big clean room. Nice and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with a lot of choice, fresh products. Nice terrasse overlooking the Po river. Quiet location, parking available.

Location is good if you are travelling with a car and visiting around (our case). It may not the best location if you wish to spend a few days to visit Turin, as it is a bit far away from downtown.

The room was so clean. The breakfast products were of a good quality.

My only comment is that I don't think that the hotel should have a 4 star rating. I would rather give it a 3 star rating.

Good value with helpful staff. An excellent breakfast served outside overlooking the river. Several restaurants within walking distance (some recommended by the hotel). Plenty parking spaces available.

Nothing to dislike. Was hoping to have a walk by the river but that didn't seem to be possible (not the hotel's fault of course).
