Wonderful hotel. Very nice room (we booked XL room) with a wonderful large bed. A/C very quiet and worked perfectly (it gets very hot in Torino during summer) Front desk very attentive and friendly/helpful. Hotel is very close to city center (metro/sub only 3 stops and you are downtown) Hotel is situated in famous Fiat building - on the top of the building you can visit the Pista 500 where they tested all the Fiat cars + you get a beautiful view over Torino. (there is a bar also)

Fitness room was very very warm during the day. (I am not sure if the a/c worked)

Hotel was in an amazing location within an iconic building - the old Fiat factory - it was awesome, there was even a Fiat car in the foyer and iconic furniture in the rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. There was access to the Pista 500, the Fiat test track on the roof of the building which was a highlight for us! We would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel, it is truly a gem of a hotel, one of the best and most unusual we have stayed in.

The bar was closed when we returned from a concert - it would have been nice to get a drink before bed.

I had stayed at this property several years ago. Great then, it’s even better now. The hotel remains a place of large, comfortable rooms, Italian design, attentive staff, and a unique setting in the old Lingotto factory. The Lingotto Metro station is a one minute walk. Add to this the adjacent shopping, art museum, and rooftop Fiat test track/art installations, and the place is practically a destination unto itself. Outstanding breakfast, and an excellent dinner - with a particular shout-out to Fabrizio, one of the finest waiters I’ve ever met. For a one-of-a-kind blend of industrial history, style, and comfort, NH Lingotto is in a class by itself.

The HVAC was not very intuitive. After three attempts at setting the temperature, we gave up and opened a window.

The NH is my go-to hotel when in Torino for pleasure or business. Located inside of the original FIAT factory, the hotel is co-located with the Agnelli Museum and a major shopping center. Rooms are wonders of style, having reproductions of iconic furniture in each room. Breakfast is generous and well served. NH is only 50 meters from the Torino Metro station that connects guests to the railroad station and major attractions in the center of the city.

Parking for this hotel is becoming more complicated because of non-guests using the shared parking areas.

The hotel is amazing! its a historic landmark in Torino. Every taxi driver told us about their family histories about working in Fiat Factory, just incredible. The room has a lot of space and very modern with photographs of the Fiat factory or fiat cars. In the lobby you can find a Topolino Fiat! perfect for the picture. The breakfast so delicious worth the price! more if you travel with kids.

Everything was good! Just a little mix up when we ordered dinner to our room because took more than 1 hour! but just that day. After that is fast. but besides that the food in the NH menu is delicious!

Staff were so nice, and as a solo traveler I think it’s really important to feel welcome because it can be quite daunting. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and made sure I was okay during dinner. And even the next morning when I went in, one of the waiters remembered me and said ‘good morning’ which was really sweet even though I’m trying to improve my Italian. Definitely recommend :)

The lift wasn’t working to get to the roof but that isn’t the property fault, I couldn’t hang around for it to open otherwise i would have.

If you are interested in cars and particularly in Fiat, hotel is a dream come true. Not only is it ideally located for the national motor museum but it also has the famous test track on the roof. More than that, there are iconic design furniture items everywhere you look and the Agnelli art gallery is also in the Linghotto. Breakfast buffet extensive. Retail therapy also available within the same building and only a short walk across the road is Eataly, an outstanding food hall/restaurant combination. Free parking directly outside the hotel.

Slow lifts! Sadly no pool. Interesting (and very effective) windows blinds inside and out - but due to windows being split between some bedrooms, the controls may operate next door room’s blinds as well as your own! Shopping centre and fast food court a bit disappointing but you don’t have to go there as hotel is completely separate. Fridge and mini bar but no complimentary bottled water in rooms.

Perfect place to stay. The young gentleman that checked us in was very welcoming and customer focused. We got upgraded to a nicer room as was my husband bday the day before. Also got ticket for free drink and free acess to pista 500. He made us feel at home. Rooms very big and comfortable with a nice view. All staff were very helpful, special Mention also to the lovely parking security guard who was extremely helpful and with very positive attitude. We would be definitely staying there again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for place to stay around Turin.

The hotel is set in the old Lingotto Fiat factory (remodelled very nicely into a hotel and a shopping complex and event hall next door. It was wonderful to stay amongst this history particularly as we enjoy Fiat history. The old Fiat test track has been beautifully preserved on the roof of the hotel. We found it easy to get into the main town centre via metro and taxis, although taxis in general seemed a bit expensive compared to other places in Italy.

We suggest more information about the venue's history would be great to include around the hotel. There were pictures here and there but no narrative to explain. A small book might also be good, we searched for one at the Heritage Hub, but found nothing available. The restaurant food was ok, and could be better. The staff's attentiveness could also be better.

Great location - the origins of the building, being the old Fiat factory, are nicely themed. Food was really good in the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner.

The check in was ruthlessly lengthy, with NH creating all kinds of work and checks to make sure my name was harmonised across their systems. I fully understand that it’s great to have all your client data accurate, but you have to balance that against a tired and hungry guest who wants to get to his room. I think the check in took 15 mins. The lady doing it was very polite though, and spoke excellent English.
