For us, it was a great surprise. We had a little budget for our stay in Turin so we did not expect such a well-kept hotel. Staff very friendly, despite the rudeness of other guests. Kid's bed was perfect, loved the bathroom and the breakfast offered. Very close to the Metro. Receptionist even booked us a lovely dinner close by after being caught by a tremendous thunderstorm. Will definitely go back there next time we're in Turin.

The staff was particularly great, they made you feel like family. Location was great (close to the hotel of my conference, but 1/2 the price) with good restaurants around and a phenomenal supermarket. City center is around 40 min walk, which on a good day is also pleasant. Rooms were small but comfortable, the breakfast was very good.

Nothing in particular; this hotel looks a little old, but it has its own charm for that as well.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel staff extraordinary friendly and helpful. Breakfast nice and mostly typical Italian. I visited Turin for a conference. Metro station next to the hotel and it departs every 5 min. 5 min to Lingotto Fiere, 10 min to the city center. The hotel is located close to the river Po for beautiful walks. Supermarket is also in close proximity. Overall I had a great stay.

Friendly staff and very good location

The room was clean, and comfortable but needs some renovation. Good breakfast with both sweet and sour options. Overall we had a nice stay and we are thinking about returning

Because the house is quiet ... it is convenient for both the bus and the metro to get to the desired city direction

The shower area was so narrow that it was difficult for me to shower

Lack of parking besides 3 spaces in front of the hotel, constantly occupied, it’s very uncomfortable to check in when arriving by car

Staff were stellar. Everyone was kind and super helpful. Metro (Carducci) is three mins away and gives you access from Porta Susa (11m) and Porta Nuova (9m). Room was large, clean, shower water pressure was excellent. Complimentary shower gel and soap were a scent I liked.

If you are very sensitive to noise this may not be the hotel for you.

Except location. 1 minute walk from Carducci metro. Nice interior design. Plush, red carpet. I would call it ‘authentic’ and ‘nostalgic’ rather than ‘dated’, as some reviewers here say. Very polite staff who speak excellent English. Superb breakfast with a good variety of food. Very Clean Seriously, nothing to fault and I would return.

Concierge was very friendly and provided us with a map and tips for visiting Turin. Our room was prepared for an early check in. the breakfast was good value. The hotel offered a luggage storage facility. The room was a good size, quiet and well equipped.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large room and bathroom. Quiet. Always someone on the front desk. We didn't get the breakfast but we did go to the bar a couple of times which was nice.

A kettle in the bedroom would have been great.
