All the staff I met were super friendly and welcoming. I had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the rich breakfast in the morning. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, easy to get to and generally in a good place when it comes to public transport. I would stay here again.

There is just one little recommendation which would make a big difference: Install bedside reading lamps! The only lamp in the room is too bright and generic to allow relaxed reading in bed.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and it's proximity with the center of the town, and the fact that we could leave and find the place cleaned and the bed made. Breakfast was good and we were able to leave and come as we pleased

We used our car to come and sadly there is no parking reserved for the hotel's clients, so we used the city parking, which can get quite expensive on a daily basis !!

The room was clean, very comfortable pillows, friendly staff at the reception, close to the metro station.

Some small repairs in the room would be good (a napkin holder was broken, shower would need some repairs too). The room door should also be better not to hear everything from the hall. The breakfast variety could improve, and I would not use paper cups.

A nice small hotel near the city center (25-30 min walk to the central station). The area is good, there are many places to eat around, convenient access by public transport. The staff was very helpful. Due to an early flight, we had to leave the hotel early, but we were allowed to have a coffee and get small snacks.

It’s a very nice hotel. Female staff are very kind. I woke up smelling the bakery and coffee.

Nicely located in Turin, it's simple but worth its value. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the shower pleasant. Breakfast also had decent options, both sweet and savoury.

The room was a bit too warm, but in the end it wasn't a big problem.

Very cozy and clean room. Super quiet, and good black-out curtains. The bed was comfortable and firm, especially nice pillows. Suitable breakfast with gluten-free products. Very nice staff!

Breakfast simple but complete Reception always available, kindly and with elevate problem solving. Location was perfect for my business meetings in the square.
