The location was perfect to connect both to Pala Alpitour and downtown. Stuf was very friendly and reception, check out procedures were very smoth.

Some facilities are outdated (eg hair dryer we assumed was installed some 50 plus years ago) and are poorly serving the purpose. We booked double bed but it appared to be 2 separate mattresses. During the night they drifted away from each other and the space hindered the movement.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We travelled as a team and even had boxes shipped there before we arrived. Everything was handled professionally.

The hotel is a bit dated, but still everything works and it is very clean, so can't complain much.

We liked everything, we had a nice room, a big comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Everything was delicious!)

We came to the festival, so we did not pay attention to the minuses of the room. I think if you come only to spend the night, and the whole day you walk around, the room perfectly fulfills its purpose

I enjoyed my stay. The room was super clean, staff super friendly. Good breakfast with many options. Close to the metro station and the location was quite silent.

Nothing specific. There are some steps in the entrance, so person with disabilities should ask the staff if they have another entrance. :)

The location and the friendliness of the staff were great!

The shower was horrible: there was just the smallest imaginable trickle of water coming out of the shower head (our room was on the 4th floor and there was literally no pressure). Also, it took forever for the water to warm up. We had to let it run for at least 8-10 minutes to get to a normal temperature. Also the bed was very soft and squeaky.

For breakfast you need to update the TOASTER. The staff was very kind and helpful, we appreciated her services

the room key was waiting for us at the unmanned reception after 11 pm, it was unlocked and anyone could take it and enter your room.
