The view is absolutely amazing. Both from my room and from the terrace I could look at Napoli, the Vesuvio and the sea. The B&B is located at the top of a hill, so people staying there should be prepared to climb a lot of stairs at night, when they are coming back. In my experience this was good, as I could make up a bit for all the eating during the day. I also enjoyed walking through the little streets alone. The staff was also very friendly and helpful whenever I needed and the room was comfortable.

The breakfast situation could be improved. It was a bit odd. Whenever I arrived, at different times, there would be bits and pieces of stuff. I liked the pistacchio croissant but I wish there was better coffee available and that they had better bread available. Tomatoes and cucumbers would be also nice. I also never understood whether there would be eggs or not. Maybe there could be a better way to organize it?

Everything was perfect! Also no problem at all with a car if you take the main road (take Via Capodimonte and definitely avoid taking the very narrow little curvy roads up the hill from the other side). Parking on the street is safe and free of charge, plenty of parking spots. The Room was super comfortable, the view was amazing day and night! There is a small shop nearby and the "Pizzeria e Trattoria Regina Vittoria" within walking distance is simply AMAZING! Breakfast was also superb! We would come back any time! Yes, there are many stairs to get down to the hustle and bustle of the City Centre, but for average persons you don't need more than 10 minutes and the typical Italian flair was a huge plus for us, we loved taking the stairs and also knew we can escape the chaos of the City when we get back!

We really liked our stay in this apartment: room with fantastic view, terrace for enjoying good weather. Located in a calm area, nice park nearby, also few local places to eat. Nice room, comfortable bed, mini bar if you need. We had breakfast option included (no complains about selection of food/beverages). Hotel staff - friendly and helpful.

We liked, but some guests could complain about the location of apartment - the area is quite elevated and you need to take a challange of a lot of steps upstair. :)) But the view, when the final destination is reached, is rewarding!

The view from the room is beautiful and it was really comfortable, even he was a bit small. the balcony outside really nice and breakfast was tatsy and fresh. the hosts was really nice.

Even though i check the location before.. i didn't expect it be that far from the center.. also a lot of steps, be aware of that. its really easy to miss the place because the sign of the B&B name is small. the breakfast are NOT included, even if its written in booking. also.. it was a lot of ants in the room. so basically my stay was ok but not really comfortable and worth it for a solo traveler... Although, the view was worth it.

The most wonderful room and view ever. Nice walk down to the centre. Great staff. Really great place with a big terrace and a fridge. Good breakfast with really good coffee, provided the weather on another big terrace with a view of the Vesuvio.

The only thing is the airplanes flying right over your head from 7 till 23 a couple of times per hour. I am very sensitive to this, I suppose most people don’t mind, since it was not in the reviews.

Everything was according to our expectations, the accommodation was clean, the staff was very pleasant. The views of the city and the volcano were incredible, breakfast on the terrace as well. The accommodation is further from the center, about 30 minutes by walk, but through typical Neapolitan streets. It is peaceful and quiet, as we wanted. The access is a bit more difficult by stairs, but that was what we expected when we wanted a view and peace. We definitely recommend.

The view!!!! It’s absolutely amazing! That’s the reason I booked the hotel in the first place and I expected it to be on a hill, and there were many steps. Room is very nice and clean with a small balcony and mini bar. Stuff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. I’d love to stay here again.

The road to the hotel could be hard if you are not fit enough or can’t walk a lot.

Great view from the terrasse, comfortable bed and cushions. The breakfast is varied and satisfying. The host is helpful, nice and careful. There is also a private parking space not far which is convenient if you have a car (15 euros/ night ). The room is clean and cosy, there is AC, the bathroom is small but the shower is great :) good quality price balance for a BB

If you don't want to walk and clim stairs, maybe it's not the perfect fit for you as you are at 30 min walking down the city center. But the area is nice and we felt safe at all time. We hear planes take off in the early morning so it's best closing the windows at night

The breakfast terrace, communal terrace upstairs and small balcony from the room. The host was very accommodating and the breakfast was fresh & delightful! We noticed two small tortoises during our breakfast in the upstairs terrace which was a pleasant surprise!

Hard to find the place, and the taxi driver had trouble driving through the narrow streets/alleyway to the b&b, but we made it!

B&B was such a great stay, the pictures online definitely do not serve it justice. This was a cute b&b, very clean and amazing waterfall shower. Anastasia was very accommodating and friendly. Town centre was about a 15-20 minute walk away and there was easy access to trains and public transport. NOTE: ONLY BOOK IF YOU ARE ACTIVE! The stay is situated on a cliff, with over 80 steps worth of stairs (I counted part way lol). We only got taxis to/from the airport which was no problem but they aren't used too often around the area so walking is your best option.

The only slight downfall was limited options for breakfast, but given the price of the stay there were variety of sweet treats, pastries, cereal and toast.
