The beds were great!!!king size and really comfortable. The size of the room and the balcony. I appreciate the quietness and gardens/view of the hotel; from the 5th floor terrace you can enjoy views to Vesubio and all the city and the bay. The WIFI connection was very good. Breakfast buffet combined continental standartd meal and also italian local pastry....but it was monotonous (everyday the same) and missed a more variety of fresh food. A positive point was prepare you true italian coffes (not only machine). For those who travel with family they offer "family rooms" and a "family breakfast ticket" for 23 euros all, very interesting. A very good option if you have car because they offer free parking inside hotel. They have a gym, a bit basic but for me a distinctive facility for a hotel. For runners, Capodimonte park is close. The staff were very kind.

The hotel is a bit old, need a refurnishment mainly the room furnitures (like table and chairs) but also common places like restaurant. It is located just up Capodimonte, a bit far from everything and only reachable after many stairs and narrow street....keep in mind if you travel with little children, old people etc... The restaurant staff was a bit short, the tables were not prepared, some dishes dirty....lack of forks/knifes.....lack of bread (only sandwich bread). The scrambled eggs were cold...no bread gluten free. No vegetal milk. No cacao. A bit expensive for what they offer...the double room costs 188 euros

The hotel has a great and calm location with an amazing view to the city. The roof terrace is fantastic. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was big with two huge beds, very well-equipped and comfortable. Great attention has been paid to cleanliness.

The wifi was not working well. It would have been nice if the shower had a holder for the shower gel.

I stayed here last year as well, and it was much better then. This year our room was clean but there was a lot of crawling ants, I didn’t like that too much. Also we had a baby and they don’t have a crib to accommodate. Breakfast wasn’t as good either, as last year. There was some hard boiled eggs and I took 2 only to find they were rotting and smelled so bad. Breakfast was sparse too , looks like it was picked over and they didn’t replenish the the buffet.

We were only there for a night before a flight to Malta - the room had a view of Vesuvius - had pizza delivered to reception and dined on the rooftop terrace - staff were friendly and helpful - room was comfortable - breakfast was very nice.

Keys were all different, some with large clumsy key chains that would not fit in your pocket - the insert for the lights were awkward, one of ours didn't work, they had to replace it - the power outlets were not standard European or even Italian, like the ones in Rome, the staff had to scramble to find adapters for us to use for the night.

Nice and quiet hotel with a beautiful rooftop. Delicious menus at the restaurant.

The internet connection was not working in the room. The breakfast was good but there were not many options of jam and no honey.

I love it from first step inside. Nice parking protected with gate, easy check in, huge, but huge room with two double beds (for couple) lot of pillows, walls are sound protected, big balcony and beautiful rooftop terace with city, sea and Vesuvius view…. Whole the sides around green… Beautiful

Great hotel in an ideal location in Naples. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is good

If you come by car - come from the ring road, else you will suffer in the beautiful but narrow streets of Naples. The hotel is also under the path of planes - great to go to the airport; you wont hear them with closed windows.

Room was good size. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was on flight path from airport so a little noisy. Hotel was at the end of a narrow but busy road so a little scary reaching the hotel with the Italian drivers!

Too many stairs up from the city but it's a price for a nice view. It can be a problem for someone.
