We loved the neighbourhood and the appartement and room Nr. 2. Pierluigi was very nice and helpful. We first stayed in the small room Nr. 4, but this room is not suitable for longer stay (I didn't pay attention when I booked it, the information in booking is correct) , so Pierluigi suggested that we move into one of the bigger rooms as soon as it was possible, which was very nice. The appartement is very well kept and very clean and modern. The building is somewhat older, but is very charming with an old elevator from 1920 (my guess). I loved it.

I didn' liked room Nr. 4. Room Nr. 2 was perfect though. So the ratings are for room Nr. 2 because we stayed there most of the time. The mattress was too soft for me (but this may be a personal preference)

We stayed here for 5 nights, it was a perfect base for excursions and evening walks and dinners. We were with children, the two large beds were comfortable and sufficient. It was clean, the cleaning lady came regularly, clean sheets and towels were waiting for us every few days. The view of western Naples and the surrounding mountains was superb. The house is in good condition, safe and friendly. Several apartments have a well-equipped kitchen, but we always ate in town. It is in a quiet but central location, I can only recommend it!

Amazing property, beautiful building with a very nice lift, very comfortable room and bed, great air conditioner, a refrigerator that allowed us to prepare our breakfast daily in a very nice neighbourhood. The best in Napoli in my opinion! Very easy access to the tube, supermarket, cozy reataurants and amazing gelato shops!!!!! The host and gis family provided us with very clear info for the check in and out, tips about the city, coffee and I will definitely come back and recommend it to al my friends and family! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Great location, very close to metros. Very clean, AC, and beautiful views. The host was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating. Amazing food recommendations.

Shared kitchen but wasn’t a problem at all. Very cleaned and every room had there own shelf.

The property is located in a good area, close to public transport. Despite all the things we’ve heard about the safety issues in this city, we felt very safe and comfortable in this area. The rooms are bright and have a nice view. Pierluigi is a very friendly and helpful host.

Everything was perfect

Excellent location in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Naples. The room is inside a divided apartment in a historic building. A very spacious room, clean and renovated.

If you close a room with breakfast. You get a voucher for coffee and pastry at a small cafe close to the apartment. You can definitely pass it, the area is full of better cafes.

Everything was super good, including the owner, who helped us a lot during our stay. The location is a bit far from center, but only a short metro or funicular ride away from the busy and noisy city center. The panorama is also exceptional.

We accomodated as two people. We really liked the location, one of the safest neighbourhood, very close to nice bars and cafes, even there was a nice winery on the corner. We really enjoyed the apartment, an old preserved building with modern decorated small room. Thank you.

The accommodation was well equipped, super clean and on a frequented location. The view from the room is fabulous. The host is really kind and helpful. Definitely I can suggest it who concern to travel to Naples.
