Location was in a lovely part of Naples on the hilltop near Castel Sant'Elmo The hosts, Claudia and Trishan were really helpful and responsive whilst we were there. The room was comfortable and clean The area was fairly quiet.

Breakfast cornetti and coffee was nice but the rest was a bit average. It was our 10 year anniversary and thought maybe they would do something - even something just small , however Claudia did book us a nice restaurant on the Friday so that made up for it :)

Although VSM was unassuming from the outside, it was a beautiful and clean property to walk into after a day of traveling. Davide was incredibly patient with us and provided a great map that he marked up with our current location and sights and restaurants to check out. The Castle and Church up the street were a most enchanting surprise. We felt very safe during our walks both days and at night after a very nice dinner. The breakfast the next day was much more than we expected and we appreciated that as we had a long trip home. The most comfortable beds for our entire trip! We will definitely stay here when next back in Napoli!

Villa was very clean and cosy. It’s on great location with lots of trees and plants around. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Claudia is great hostess, she responded immediately on every question we had, she told us which restaurants are near the villa and are good to eat. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. We will definitely come back to stay at this place again.

Everything was great!

Best location, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, easy to get by public transportation. Very nice, friendly and helpful manager, always response in a minute. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They offer great breakfast. Every one we met including the chef and cleaner is friendly. I have to say, it’s one of the best hotels I have been in Europe(which is affordable for me). Don’t hesitate to book it if you like!👍

Location was ideal, in a lovely area of the city with good nearby restaurants and good access to the funicular railway. A very safe location with secure gates for entry. The breakfast was simple but ideal and you could choose from a range of pastries and drinks the day before. In addition fruit juice, fruit and yoghurt were available daily. Trishan was very helpful 😊 and Claudia very quick to respond to any questions 😊.

I honestly would like to point out that i suggest all tourists can accommodate in good location Vomero in Napoli. Due to fact that place is so safe to walking around in day time & night time to found markets are closers, we are lucky to choose good Villa San Martino and recognized with Mr Davide.

Located in quiet area. Room beautifully furnished with very comfortable bed. Staff very attentive and keen to ensure the continental breakfast met our needs, including providing gluten free choices. Main contact, Flavia very helpful communicating directions to the villa and booking taxi to airport.

Breakfast area has limited space but it is possible to eat outside.

Naples tops our list of places with excellent food choices...I and my wife visited Naples for 3 days and we stayed at Villa San Martino and here is what we have to say: "Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- in heart of Vomero near to metro station which makes all the other areas of Naples very accessible... all tourist spots, shopping or heavenly eating trattorias or restaurants. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again when Im back in Naples"

Beautiful property in quiet, safe area. Lovely clean, comfortable room with nice en suite. Davide couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Let us have early entry and gave us lots of good advice and recommendations. Nice continental breakfast served with a smile.Would recommend.

Excellent property. Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Parking on property (with pay) Very good continental breakfast with cereal and hard boiled eggs.

Only draw back is for people with mobility problems. Plenty of steps and no elevator.
