I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Naples. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful—truly a very kind and genuine person. He went above and beyond to make sure all the guests felt comfortable, offering great suggestions on local spots to visit and eat at, which really helped me make the most of my time in the area. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect size for a solo traveler. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was surprisingly quiet—I couldn’t hear any street noise, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Naples!

All is fine with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, most important thing: Air conditioning is good

The location of the hotel is good and so is the connection to the Naples transport system. Only drawback: There are no options in or around the hotel to have breakfast. There is only one shop in 10min. walking distance.

The place is great-location is close to the beaches,delicious restaurants and city centre with tourist attractions.Close to the hotel there are many mini-markets to shop for food.The room service is very open and helpful. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this Hotel and for sure I will come back.

Rooms were clean, equiped with all what you need for stay. Very confortable bed, I slept like a baby. Everyone was sming at me and I felt nearly like at home! Perfect location, close to metro/train few meters from main promenade along the sea. Great value for money!

Super clean and right next to the sea !!! Amazing location next to one of the most iconic pizza places in Napoli . You just get out and walk next to the see , you see the castle and vesuvio Volcano . And Alessandro is super friendly and welcoming ! Great experience 100% recommended!

The location is perfect for those who enjoy walking along the waterfront, offering beautiful views. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests.

Very beautiful location closed to the sea & marina, quick and reliable support from the hotel administrator. Short distance to public transport ( bus @ metro). Clean room and bathroom.

Broken shower cord and second light circuit ( mirror) in bathroom. But not claimed. Quite long distance from city centre making less affordable the transfer by taxi on regular basis.

Comfortable, clean and well located on the promenade although a bit far from the city center. However the public transport - bus and under/overground railway was very close and efficient. The ferries to the islands were just across the road.

Perfect for who need to go to the American consulate. Near train station and in front of the sea. In the area do you have much restaurants. Alessandro was awesome and help me a lot. I hope back soon.

Fantastic location on scenic promenade and comfortable bed. Alessandro was fantastic,he informed us we left reading glasses behind and prepared the package for the postal service to collect.
