Perfectly located if you have to leave by boat on the next day as in our case, but in general too. Rooms are simply but nicely furnished and are very clean. Personnel is welcoming and kind. We stayed one night and were overall happy with our choice.

The windows of the room are on the inner courtyard side, so very quiet, but there is a low, humming sound in the room due to some ventilation which I found disturbing. Breakfast should be improved: 2 kinds of cereals but no Müesli or granola, only one kind of yoghurt and the croissants weren't fresh, which I found very disappointing, particularly for a 4-star structure.

Location, right on the marina, short walk to the Metro (which is very easy to use, clean and punctual), close a hop on hop off City Sight Seeing bus stop. Great pizza restaurant just around the corner, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Longish but lovely walk along the sea front to Castel Nuovo, Galleria Umberto and ferry terminal. Although the suite is on the 4th floor there is a lift, very comfortable rooms, breakfast served in foyer was very nice, good variety for all tastes. Staff were very friendly and obliging, booked a trip from the suite which gave us flexibility, great driver whose local knowledge made the trip very enjoyable.

We had an excellent stay in this room. Super location opposite marina. Close to line 2 on Naples metro and near restaurants and bars. If you can get in, it is near to the 50 Kalo pizzeria.The apartment staff here were brilliant, giving us all directions, serving lovely breakfast, and cleaning our room daily. The fridge in the room was a bonus, as was the brilliant shower. Excellent AC but also lovely breeze through windows if you prefer. As always, it took a little while for us to orientate ourselves to Napoli, but it is a fantastic and exciting city. Don't miss Pompei, underground Naples and Cristo Velato

I had a wonderful time during my stay at the Lungomare B&B Suite & Spa. I am really grateful to Stefania, Alessia, Simona and everyone who works there. Felice and Sergio were so kind while transporting me between the hotel and the airport. Every single person from the staff was really nice, welcoming, polite and always helpful. My room was properly cleaned every single day. The coffee was so tasty. The breakfast provided from the hotel included diversity of fresh products and local pastries. The hotel is located in a charming place, close to the sea, piazza Sannazaro and Mergellina train station. It is very easy to move around, since there are metro and bus stations in the vicinity. You can also find really nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area.

We had a great stay at this hotel, it was very charming, well-kept, and modern. Alessia at the reception was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room exceeded our expectations, we had no idea it came with a private sauna! It was spotless, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent: just a short walk from the city center and with a beautiful seaside promenade nearby. The only suggestion I would make is to add some non-slip strips on the stairs inside the room, just for extra safety. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Hotel is located very close to the marina, in 5-10 minutes walk from Margellina metro station (line 2 and 6, line 6 is oparating till 3 pm to Municipio where you can change to line 1). Rooms were clean, also a room servis was provided every day. If you want to make a cup of coffee or tea you need to go to the lobby. Staff was very helpful. Both ladies - Alessia and Simona did their best to make our stay fantastic. They recommended places where to eat or what to see in Naples. Thanks for your hospitality!

It is a little bit noisy as the building is located close to the busy road. Breakfast are boring :( Could be more diverse.

A pleasant stay in a nice sea-front location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room was nice and clean. Good breakfast options in the albeit small breakfast room. The advert states parking but there is none on site, the staff helpfully pointed out a garage one road away which was circa €20 per day. It is around a 40 min walk into Toledo which is where we spent most of our time in Naples around the many bars and restaurants. It’s a nice walk along the sea front and we had no problem with how long it took. we were given an excellent recommendation for a restaurant a few doors down that served traditional Italian dishes and freshly caught seafood. Overall we enjoyed our stay (2 nights)

Best location! We explored Napoli on foot as much as we could, and we believed the area around the hotel was the most beautiful, and it felt safe compared to other areas. We also liked the yummy breakfast every morning and the freshly-made coffee. The room was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. And I deeply appreciate the fact that we could leave the luggage at the hotel after checking out, since our plane was very late. This gave us more time to enjoy Napoli. Thank you for everything!

Great location, fabulous huge, clean and comfy room with great views. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Alicia helped us get our bearings, gave us lots of great recommendations and was there straight away when we needed help with getting a taxi. There a great pizza place right across the street, apparently the best pizza my son has had so far in Italy! We highly recommend to others.

Highly recommended, it's the best b&b I have ever been to. The staff was so polite, the girls Simona and Alessia were so professional and helpful throughout our stay, they made us feel special.
