The breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast. There are no savory options so you are free to immerse yourself in Neopolitan life as you awake.

If you are looking for the bustle of Neopolitan life just outside your window then there are places closer to town, but for me this was the perfect destination as the bus stop is just outside and the Metro is just around the corner. Most importantly for me there was a fantastic small supermarket opposite. I wish we had some of those where I live. You could get anything there as long as it was delicious. For me it was invaluable for sunlotion and water bottles etc. but they had the best delicatessen I have ever known.

The hotel is located in a safe zone of Naples , and also at 4 min walking distance to the nearest metro station, so we could really explore the city. The staff are very friendly and professional, so from the minute we walked through the doors of the hotel, we felt really safe. Although Naples has a bad reputation we really didn't seem to have any issues. The bed is comfy , everything is clean, the AC works really well, so we didn't feel the torrid days of july. The breakfast: a surprise! A sweet lady brings you a good croissant and joghurt, ham, cheese and capuccino. You can choose also fruits or cereal. Really enjoyed our experience here💓💓

1. It can get a little noisy because of the thin walls( i think this applies to the most buildings of naples) 2. the shower cabin is a little small

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to Mergellina metro station. Mergellina itself is a very safe, pleasant and upmarket neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The wifi was excellent. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay. For the price, Hotel Mergellina offers excellent value for money.

I stayed here in winter to explore Napoli, the location is very accessible to Mergellina station, also a close walk to the water front. I enjoyed my stay, the Madame looking after breakfast was so kind and friendly. The room had everything I needed. Would recommend if you plan to explore all day

Central location, clean room and comfortable beds. Quiet. Good size of the room. Very friendly and service minded staff. We got to check in early and they also arranged for breakfast early as we had a departure very early in the morning.

Very clean, good linen and towels; nice shower and room size. Close to metro/train station, restaurants, supermarket.

Very noisy street, ask for a room facing back. The mattress has to be changed. Breakfast could have some more healthy itens like cheese, natural juice and whole bread instead of sugary itens.

The location was very nice and safe. The room was pretty spacious and had a nice balcony. The cleaning lady was a very sweet woman who'd take care of us like our mother : ) The reception desk men were always very responsive and would help us with anything we needed, starting from finding a taxi and finishing with restaurant recommendations. Thanks for hosting us!

Not the end of the world but the breakfast was mostly sweet. I know that that's how Italians have their breakfast but it was pretty unusual for us. I think they should include more "international" food so that non-Italian guests could find their habitual breakfast as well. Other than that everything was great!

Great location and easy to get around ! Super clean and lovely staff! Room was great size and beds were really comfy and overall my stay exceeded my expectations!! Would recommend anyone looking for anyone looking to stay away from the touristic areas but still easy to get around. Bus into central napoli, walking distance chiaia and vomero, lovely walk to spanish quartiere / porto!

Nothing bad to say about my stay.

The hotel was 20 minutes away from the central station by metro and 25 minutes by bus 151. It had a cafeteria next to it and all the shops for the amenities were nearby. The breakfast had multiple options each day. The staff was very friendly and they ensured a pleasant stay.

The wifi didnt work every night from 10pm to 7am.

Very nice clean hotel, in nice area, close to beach less than 1 km and center about 3 Km, staff is very helpful deapite the language barrier, no English

There is no variety in breakfast and very limited, too much sugary, language barrier (English)
