Great property. The location was perfect, not even a 2 minute walk to the beach. And about 5 minutes to the metro station. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, which was recommended to us by the host. I could not fault a single thing about our visit. The room was clean and regularly cleaned and straightened up by the staff. We had a lovely welcome from the host and she informed us of all the local amenities and she was quick to respond to any issues or queries we had. Transport links were great, a short metro ride into the ‘centre’ or about a 30 minute walk. Access to ferries and trains to reach other areas of the country.

I could not fault anything about the property.

The area is safe, close to metro station (Mergellina) and 151 bus station (Sannazaro) which helps a lot. As a solo traveler, It was really important to stay safe. The room was nice, the bathroom was clean. The caffe area was very useful. Patrizia is a nice host. The price was very good. The elevator is kinda cute, old style. Overall I had a good stay there. Many restaurants in the area

The pillows could be more comfortable and maybe the furniture cleaner. The building needs some renovation, you can hear every single move from the other rooms or even from other floors (for example, when someone is flushing the toilet, if it's during the night, the noise is pretty loud like the building is falling apart). The walls inside the building are not the most welcoming (it's a shame because the stairs are stunning), but I understand it's an old bulding and the renovation could be a bit challenging and expensive. This is not the host's job, of course, but it was something that cross my mind while staying there

Overall, we liked these apartments. We were impressed by the high ceilings, the mattress that was good for sleeping, and the beautiful view from the window of the Mediterranean Sea. The location of the apartment is next to a beautiful embankment, there is a large supermarket and various establishments nearby. It was also convenient that there was a metro nearby, which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you for the bottle of wine as a gift, that was nice.

The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors and everything that happens in the common corridor. Sometimes it was impossible to sleep because of this. Also keep in mind that even with the windows closed, you will hear all the sounds of passing vehicles, people talking on the street. The cleanliness in the room could have been better. We lived in this apartment for a week and I often noticed dust on the surfaces and on the floor. Also, our towels were not changed. And there was a smell of sewage in the toilet.

It was close to everything downtown Napoli. We had the water view just one street away and there was so many good things around to look at. And the staff were really great trying to understand me, myself being francophone and anglophone while they are Italians. And the girl who welcomed me at night was super nice to me when she didn’t have change to break my 5$ to pay for my water bottle, she just let me have it. Which I don’t known you were charge for. But still, she didn’t make a big fuss about it and just didn’t hold me back for it.

Good price, near the sea, the lovely lady from the reception was very healpfull and welcoming. Not really great hotel, but good for the money you pay.

The towels were not fresh, they had a scent from a spray problably, but i don't know if they were fresh cleaned. The location was a bit far from the town center, but you have a bus station about 3 minutes away.

It was very central, close to the beach, close to the viewpoint of Napoli, plenty of places to eat nearby and a shop only a 5 minute walk away. We used scooters a lot and there was a docking station close to the apartment. Also a lovely bistro across the road.

It was on the 4th floor of the building, and the lift required 20c at certain times of the day. There was a surplus of 20c coins left for all residents of Gramsci suites, so nobody was expected to pay, it was just a requirement. But you wouldn’t want to forget your 20c!

The apartment is very spacious, with quality furniture, comfortable and with a historical design based on the building type. The area where it’s located it’a just amazing, you can easily find restaurants and cafeterias nearby, the port is very close and the historical buildings in the piazza del plebiscitos. The most beautiful location!

Room was fantastic, a very elegant and well collaborated situated in a beautiful classic building. Especially the tall ceilings and whimsical double door balcony! The apartment area was always very clean and quiet, and the room itself equipped with everything needed for a short city break. The staff and host are incredible! We had a medical issue during our stay and they were so helpful going above and beyond to both help in calling medical help and then staying to translate! I can’t recommend staying more!! Thank you so much!

Nothing, was perfect!

The host is extremely pleasant and the rooms are nice with high ceilings. The building itself is an old Italian building with the best elevator you will ever see. You should spend a night just for that. The rooms are in a nice location, next to pizzerias, bars, and restaurants in a relatively quiet part of time.

Despite having mosquito nets on the windows, our room was constantly full of the small buggers. The mattress could be comfier.

Very roomy double balcony room 4. Comfortable bed and spacious. Air conditioning was a plus, and we've been to Naples a few times, but not this area. It's a good walk into Naples and there are enough restaurants and there's a supermarket close by. The elevator is very old and a bit of an experience using it. Staff were lovely when we saw them. Its more apartment versus hotel.

The room is a little tired and the TV is limited even for local RAI channels. We chose the site to see the Giro as it raced by the hotel's location , which was great, but no RAI 2 as an option to see the race which is not normal for Italy so I'd expected a little more. I get the feeling other people living at the address do not care for the hotel or it's guests. Fairly unfriendly when sharing the lift or passing one another. Not the hotel's fault but it's noticeable.
