Clean and safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money if on a budget. Good airconditioner, lovely balcony, comfortable bed, nice bar fridge. Close to train stations and a few restaurants. I had no complaints and can recommend it.

First of all, this is not an hotel, it is a B&B at the 7th floor of a building in Fuorigrotta. The personnel was welcoming and helpfull. The room neat & clean with a nice balcony. The central trainline (Campi Flegrei) for Naples-Central Station is 20 mins by walk, and Edenlandia station, which is another trainline station for the city center which goes to Montesanto is 10 mins by walk. The area is quite silent after 8 pm, because this is a location for work places & schools mostly. If you are a solo traveler, this might be a problem at night. There is also a bus stop near, and you can use taxi if you find. Also, there are some afes & markets around where you can buy stuff.

Room service was good only thing is, they did not changed my towels for 6 days. Also, the soundproofing is not that good, but this also depends on the guests staying inside. The location is a bit far from the city center.

The receptionist was great, very helpfull. Generally all good.

Balcony would need a shade, you cannot sit in the hot sun. Hot water was sometimes running out.

The staff is very friendly and polite, English speaking, explained the location and described in detail how to get to them from the airport. They told us about the sights in Naples and the work of public transport. Clean room, own bathroom, cleaning every day on schedule. Delicious and varied breakfasts with Italian pastries. View from balcony to the sea. 15 min walk to the nearest beach. Nearby there is everything you need, supermarket, pizzeria, metro and bus stops. It was really sad to leave)

Antonio (host) was great, he helped me a lot during my stay at Napoli. Everything was as expected: good bed, A/C, clean. Great experience I recommend this Hotel 100%.

The staff is helpful and kindful. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was wonderful. The breakfast was very delicious. There is a market,restaurant and a train station nearby. The center of Naples can be easily reached by public transport. We had an amazing week.
