Staff members always helpful and polite. Beautiful laidback hotel and the amount of areas to relax. Aircon in the rooms was great especially for getting a good sleep in the hot weather. Room cleaned everyday, pool not crowded and could get a bed anytime of the day. 5min walk down to supermarket, 15min to train which was cheap and pretty reliable to get to Naples ( around 25min on the train) would definitely stay again when visiting the area. Also anyone staying you can get the super fast train from Naples to Rome for a great day out. 1hr it took which was really comfortable.

It’s not really major for us as we planned on being away from the main city area but there really isn’t much around regards going out to eat/drink with out a good 15/20min walk which was fine for us but some people would struggle. There are some nice spots to go but the area around the hotel is not that pretty.

Our apartment was lovely and a very good size. We had a hot tub on our patio area. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. Bedding and towels were changed daily. Staff were friendly. The pool area was lovely. An area to sit under canopy to eat. Sun beds were comfortable. Pool towels were provided daily. A nice hotel overall. Clean. Tidy. Dining area was always immaculate. It's quiet there so a nice break from the city and too many people.

Felt there could have been a little more cleaning overall on external areas. Our patio area needed sweeping and washing daily but it wasn't. The breakfast was continental. The hot food was luke warm and not replenished frequently. Snack bar by the pool was not manned by staff all day so you have to find a member of staff.

Paula was a fantastic hotel manager and she went above and beyond to help us at every moment. She has fixed all the issues that occurred throughout immediately and with always a smile on her face. She was absolutely unbelievable! Same for Dina, we have had several conversations and she not only was a super kind person but was very attentive and great at the job. The bed was super comfortable and the room we got the second time was very spacious. The WiFi was very good and worked fine all around the hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing too, close to a supermarket, close to a metro that let us travel around and we could even walk into naples city most days which only took 1-1.30 hours. The pool was also very well maintained and perfect including the sunbeds.

For a 4 star hotel some of the facilities were not the best. Our AC was broken in our first room (Paula had to organise us a different room) then our fridge broke in the other room which was a little annoying. Due to Paula and Dina being so amazing it was a lot more tolerable to deal with these. The food at the restaurant may that be breakfast or lunch/ dinner didnt live up to the reputation of Italian cuisine.

The pool was amazing, nice and refreshing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was lovely and they catered for my peanut allergy which was great. Staff speak English as well as Italian. But I think its nice to try and speak Italiano so we did our best. Cost in a taxi to Naples is about 25 euro and you just need to ask the reception and they will order one for you. Bedrooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and sheets. We had a quad room for two adults and one child and it was huge. The playground is also great. Fantastico hotel. I would definitely recommend it.

It's is a little bit away from Naples centre so a 15 minute drive away via car or taxi. However, it was actually nice to be further out in the quiet area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and loved everything about it. The pool was particularly enjoyable, as it was always nice and clean, perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Dominic, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of bakery items and yogurts to suit all tastes. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, it is conveniently close to a huge supermarket, several restaurants, train station and the beach, which made up for it. Our room was large, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We found the small fridge very convenient, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I couldn’t fault the hotel. The staff in particular were so friendly and eager to make the staff as comfortable as possible. Genuinely impressed with them. The place is quiet so if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of life, it’s nice. Pool is great as well.

Not the hotel’s fault, but you are a 20 minute journey away from Naples. I’m not a fan of Naples so I was glad not to be in the centre. Used the hotel as a base to travel to Pompei, Rome and Vesuvius. There is a train station a short distance that will take you into the city of Naples.

A little taste of luxury. The pool was great, the free breakfast was fab and the staff were very attentive. A great base from which to explore Naples.

Some way from the city centre but this is probably on us for not researching so well! Public transport options are available, frequent and cheap, though, so this counteracts the half hour ride into Naples. A small problems with ants but the staff were happy and able to remove them quickly.

We liked the quiet, peaceful and spacious room with its private terrasse, quickly cleaned everyday. We liked the good restaurant open at decent hours with very kind maître D at dinner, and good breakfast with very attentionate and kind staff with our coffee of choice. We had a very restful stay after days out in the unforgettable noisy, speedy atmosphere of Naples. We loved it.

It wasn't too easy to figure out how to go from the hotel to the two train stations for Naples downtown. Once explained to us by the reception manager it was actually very straight forward.

The staff at the Montespina Hotel were excellent overall. The food was beautiful also and the pool was gorgeous

The entrance to the hotel from the main road is poor; there is a lift which brings you to reception but it is not obvious at all that this lift is available. The roadway requires a lot of attention and maintenance; it does not match the beautiful hotel that is at the top of the roadway. The signs are old and damaged.

We had Bed and Breakfast and it was very good with a good choice of food Hotel manager and staff had done all possible so that we would have a relaxing stay. I will surly return back to this hotel as i want to explore more especially the pool and other outdoor facilities. I would also recommend this hotel to families as the rooms are large and comfortable and the hotel has a lot of space where one can enjoy and relax.
