LOCATION: 15 to 25 minutes drive from the historic city (traffic dependent). Close to Train and Metro Station. Located in a Quiet, clean and less busy area. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. AMBIANCE: Absolutely remarkable. It seems the hotel is either newly built or recently decorated. PARKING: Available @ €30 per 24 hours DECOR/ CLEANLINESS. Full marks on both. Cleaners doing an excellent job. FACILITIES: Bar, Restaurant (open until 2230hrs), Gym, Pool and Spa facilities. SERVICE: Absolutely first class. Very helpful, polite and courteous staff. ROOM: Very well appointed. Ultra comfortable bed/ pillows. LCD TV, Mini Bar, Locker, Tea/ Coffee making facilities, Bathroom Sandals, Ample cupboard space with a chest of drawers, Two chairs, High quality bathroom amenities, Balcony, Chairs, Very effective AC, Telephone. First class toiletries provided. Excellent sound proofing and curtain blinds were very effective to block sunlight. FOOD/ BREAKFAST: Fresh, Wholesome, Tasty and Well-presented food. Breakfast has HOT items like scrambled eggs, sausages, rashers, grilled tomatoes, fried potatoes and grilled carrots / aubergine. COLD items include; meat cuts, different kind of cheeses, egg dishes, savouries, cereals, fresh vegetables, pizza, fresh fruits, yogurt, preserved fruits, nuts and jam. There are different kind of breads, fruit juices and hot drinks. Freshly pressers orange juice can be ordered for free. Overall an excellent experience.

There was some issue with the telephones which was rectified later. Following are the recommendations for further improvement, which if done, can lead to full marks. 1. Bathing gowns should be provided in the room. 2. Freshly cooked eggs are extra the price is steep. Most five star hotels I have been to offer these for free. 3. Freshly pressed juices should be provided on the breakfast table instead of bottled ones made from concentrates. 4. The choice of dishes on the menu is limited and can be expanded. 5. 24/7 room service for ordering food should be available.

The hotel and the room was very clean. The hotel is not very close to the city center but the metro station line 2 is just 2 min from the hotel. Very easy to get to train station. Staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately we need to pay to use the spa as wasn't included in the price. Which was quite disappointing.

Staff is able to communicate well in English, the rooms are clean.

For the price of 190 EUR per night and the fact that the name themselves a spa hotel I would expect at least sauna to be included into the price, but they wanted to charge us 35EUR per hour. The also helped me with the taxi service which proved to be ridiculously expensive and the driver charged me double the price, that was on the meter, explaining that he also needs to charge me for his journey back to the city. When I called the hotel reception for help with the issue they proved to be of no help. The breakfast was mediocre at least, I would expect far more for a 5* hotel and that price. So my advice is be careful to read the small print, what is included in the price and get yourselves a taxi on your own and make sure you know the price before hand.

The whole stay was amazing, start to finish. We had a junior suite and it was superb, very spacious! Breakfast was a lovely spread. We had dinner once as room service and once by the hotel pool, couldn’t recommend enough. If you stay here, take at least one evening meal with the hotel! Front desk staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Elda and Nicole in particular made our stay so enjoyable, and are a real credit to this hotel. It’s a little further out from the main centre, but we never found this a problem - taxis are easy to catch, as is the metro. Everything we asked for was quick service. Refreshments downstairs were a nice touch. Gym was decent size. Spa was amazing, I had a massage and it was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and would definitely stay again!

The service at this modern, clean and stunning hotel is second to none. I’ve never had a better experience with hotel staff, from the moment we walked in to reception Nicole was on hand to help us with a lovely smile whilst she did so! The food in the restaurant was fantastic every morning and evening as we booked half board and would like to say a special thanks to Antonio who was our waiter most morning/nights as his service was exceptional again always with a huge smile on his face. Marco our evening waiter had such great knowledge of food and the wine parings also which was very much appreciated. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough it is a beautiful picturesque hotel especially from the rooftop bar and pool which is just a part of this hotels amazing facilities.

Nothing it was perfect

The roof top pool and bar was fantastic, very relaxing. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, room was lovely and clean - very modern. TV was larger than average and I loved the decor in the bathroom. Aircon worked beautifully and was well needed as it was extremely hot!

We were surprised there was not a coffee machine at breakfast, this was a shock being in the coffee capital of Europe! We like a few coffees in the morning and we felt bad asking the staff to bring us yet another coffee! However they overcome this and brought us a larger than average jug which was very helpful and appreciated.

Booked a room with two beds, this was given away and an ‘upgrade’ with an extremely small sofa bed was the alternative given - really frustrating for a five star and uncomfortable as two tall adults. We simply couldn’t use it. Air conditioning- it was too early in the season for and fan didn’t work despite flagging once to reception and being noted to be fixed - was told to open the window, but window was above large dumpsters which smelled & were emptied at 5am loudly. Room constantly warm.

Our room was modern, spacious, clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated with balcony and spa/hot tub. The staff were all so friendly, attentive and helpful: grazie mille to Anna who went over and above to make sure our stay was extra fabulous! Breakfast was delicious and abundant, we appreciated the room service, the hotel facilities are so convenient and definitely an added bonus to a stay here - we enjoyed the use of both the gym and the sauna. There is secure parking and an electric charger was available for our vehicle. Grazie ancora and we look forward to the next time!

Both the breakfast and the food served at the hotel's restaurant were superb. The rooms were neat, the toiletries smelled amazingly (and the set was amazingly versatile), the sound isolation was pretty good too. The staff were helpful and quick to address any questions or requests I had. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try out the SPA, but I guess that's something to do next time :)

The location was a little far from the center of the city. That was an issue, since the usual transportation I used were taxis, and the traffic was quite heavy in the city. Certain areas (such as Piazza Municipio) aren't easily accessible from this hotel; however, it is close to the Piazza Leopardi station, which makes it convenient to get to other areas of the city. Overall, it was mostly the oversight of my planning, since I didn't consider my travelling route beforehand. The windows from my room faced the building next to the hotel, so the view wasn't very picturesque. It wasn't a big deal for me, I don't really tend to look out the windows in hotels often, but it was a footnote.

Everything From When We Arrived At The Hotel Until We Left Was Absolutely Perfect. The Facilities Within The Hotel Were Exceptional. The Spa Was Absolutely Magnificent And The Staff Were All Very Helpful And Friendly To Us. The Breakfast In The Hotel Had Plenty Of Good Choices And The Restaurant Within The Hotel Also Had Lots Of Lovely Options On It's Menu. The Hotel Was Also Very Clean And Tidy Especially The Bedroom. I Would Highly Recommend This Hotel And I Would Definitely Love To Return To It One Day In The Future. Ten Out Of Ten!!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
