I enjoyed my stay very much, Caterina is wonderful and cheerful. The apartment is clean, tidy, and elegant. The location is great, close to all amenities. It feels like home. I loved Naples and Caterina, and I will definitely visit again.

The property has a great location and a sea view

The serious maintenance is required. Kitchen is in non-acceptable condition- dark, dirty, unusable. Tap is bot working, washing clothes were not provided, you cannot prepare food at all. The water is leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen as well as both bathrooms and a bedroom, showers are broken, boiler is broken (needs to be constantly restarted), fridge is full of water, leaking (all your food gets soaked). There is a unpleasant odour in cupboards, bathrooms. One of the rooms has pipes above and you cannot fall asleep hearing the noice if broken toilet pipe and water flushing non stop. The landlord is not responsive, doesn’t care much and just replies: “oh well”. We were overcharged tax for our stay, it just was an” very contrasting and different “experience” from what people normally get for these money.

this apartment is Naples in a nutshell. it looks SO beautiful, but it is filled with cockroaches, plumbing leaks, and people trying to cheat you. we had an extraordinarily overpriced 10 days here and had problems from start to finish. Save your money (and sanity) and stay somewhere run by real professionals.

This apartment is falling apart and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are serious maintenance issues with the walls visibly crumbling, kitchen sink backs up and isn’t usable, ants and mosquitoes were everywhere, fridge inside was dirty upon arrival and the bathrooms flood to the point where one isn’t functional. It’s quite dangerous because there isn’t proper drainage in the bathrooms so it’s very easy to fall when it floods. The AC wasn’t very strong and was difficult to adjust the temperature.
