Beautiful and well designed property. Really close to nice beaches. The view from the sea-view room is really stunning, and the room has a small balcony that isn’t obvious in the photographs. We had several flight delays, but our late-ish check in was accommodated easily via whatsapp communication.

It was great. The 10am check out is perhaps a little early for what we are used to, and perhaps it would have been nice to have breakfast as a selection we can help ourselves to as needed if in a rush. Also not the fault of the property, but we did find getting taxi’s difficult due to the location a bit out of Napoli centre, so consider this and book them ahead of time if you can. The staff did try hard to help us book also which was appreciated.

We stayed in 2 rooms! Sea view room was great minor issues were shower pressure which was non existent! And many tiles on the floor were loose! Our second room At the back was classed as superior double however it was very very small! No bedside table or table of any kind. Drinks and phones etc etc hah to be placed on the floor

The flat is spectacular, with a view of the bay, the city and Vesuvius, to die for. The decoration is modern and very tasteful. The flat is located within easy reach of all that the centre of town has to offer - there is a bus stop in front of the house -, but in a slightly quieter, upmarket neighbourhood. Breakfast in the flat wasn't available on the day so we were given a voucher for use in a nearby bar - a decent alternative featuring an excellent cappuccino, fresh juice, a lovely fresh croissant.

Although the flat advertises that parking is available, it can be very difficult to find a free spot in the streets nearby. The nearest parking garage is far away.

staying at PrimoPianoPosillipo was such a great experience.Francesca was a excellent host with excellent communication about the property and the area.Check in was very simple. By booking Primo you are getting to stay in a luxury designer House over looking the Bay of Naples with a birds eye view of Mount Vesuvius. The. The minute you walk in the door you are blown away with the interior and the bedrooms and shower are so comfortable and spotlessly clean.Francesca makes you feel right at home and you get to help yourself to coffee and tea facilities. There is a little square 10 minutes walk up the road with a lovely Ice Cream Shop a couple of bars and some nice restaurants.By staying at PrimoPianoPosillipo you are experiencing a oasis on the Bay of Naples seeing how the locals live and the local bus 140 will take you into the heart of Naples.Do yourself a favour and book at least 3 days here as we only stayed for two but the next time would stay for a week as we enjoyed so much.

this is a stunning apartment B&B. while a little way out of the centre of town it felt like a lovely way to see Naples. breakfast at the cafe was a real pleasure and meals at two restaurants nearby were exceptional. away from the normal run of tourists felt like a real treat. easy to walk to town and use Lime bikes for head back. the public beach was just down the way and the view out over the bay to Vesuvius was stunning. great help from Francesca too. thank you!

This place is amazing! It’s was very clean, quiet, and I’m so happy that there was a good coffee machine! I highly recommend, and the posillipo area is wonderful, such a beautiful view from the hotel. Thank you so much, next time I will be in Naples I’ll choose you for sure !

It was a nice place and the view was amazing. Easy to find and check in. I liked the location being outside of central Naples.

I wasn't mad keen on the bathroom set up - it's an unusual design with glass windows inside the bedroom but that's just my preference. We didn't go for breakfast as it was served in a cafe outside the building.

The location is magnificent and not far from the centre. The room was beautiful and the view simply stunning! A wonderful energy altogether! Great design and aesthetics, highly recommended!

The breakfast could be better. Also, it always helps if the person who welcomes you at the room speaks English - however the host spoke English and was always standby to help.

The structure is extraordinary, a wonderful restoration done with excellent taste and ingenuity. The room was elegant, spacious and airy, overlooking the sea, and the bed very comfortable. It has the most wonderful view of the bay, Vesuvius and Capri in the distance. The breakfast was delicious, a real introduction to Neapolitan breakfast pastries served by a most helpful and simpatico staff. It is right in front of the sea and beside a great piazza full of good bars, icecream shops and restaurants. Will certainly be returning.

I love this place, second time staying here and I don’t intend to stop here. Beautiful decor, amazing location, comfy and super clean
