The staff was super friendly and regularly asked if we needed anything else. We had accidentally not booked my daughter, but did not have to pay a surcharge on site. The location is very nice, but the metros are not optimal. We had made the mistake at first and dropped out at Mergellina. But you should drive to Leopardi because otherwise you have to walk through the car tunnel, which is neither healthy nor safe.

The full sized apartment, including separate laundry, spacious lounge and bed rooms along with a large balcony were very surprising. All the facilities were first class and very modern, but the biggest surprises were the two televisions, which like most on offer, I have never seen in 40 years of international travel. But above all, the priceless Daniela is Residenza's most valuable asset. She is an absolute angel and should be beatified as the patron saint of travellers.

Had a very nice stay at this place with a couple of friends. Short walk to the beach, where there are lots of restaurants. We were very pleased by all the amenities in the residence. We used the bbq a lot, as well as the dishwasher and the washing-machine, for which everything needed is provided. The place is very remote. There is only one rental villa next to it, but the outdoor-lounge of that place is as far away as possible, so the noise of the guests didn't bother us too much.

The entrance for the parking is a bit tight and there is nothing to fix the open gate in place. While there was a lot of wind and we were getting out of the parking, the gate crashed into our rental car and caused a dent, which was a bit of am bummer. (We should have taken better care, but would have been nice to be able to fix the gate in place). Never had a kitchen in a vacation home which was this well equipped. The only thing missing, while being very picky, would be some bigger knifes.

I booked 3 apartments and all of them were organized and very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the building is very quiet and secured, the location was good .

We had a problem with the internet and the kitchen sink but they solved it

First of all, the staff was extremely nice. Her English was very good, she was very communicative. Provided us a map with details about seasights. We chose Flegrea Rezidence because of the parking, which you shouldn't neglect at all in Napoli! You must reserve one when you book. It was an indoors private one and had the best price. The apartment was quiet and clean as your own home: no rust, no mold, no weird smells, no dust, no dirty walls. Sheets and towels immaculate. Kitchen totally functional and ready to use. Even had a washing machine and a small rack! We had electric rolling shutters at all windows - important for security. There are only 4-5 stairs to the elevator (for those who concern about that). You can order food if you want without disturbing anyone, because you have a intercom. It will be my choice for sure when I will come back to Napoli!

Convenient location, close to anything needed. Great food options at walking distance. Building have an elevator and parking garage. Apartment was spacious, beautiful and I really appreciated the washing machine. Shower is bigger than most showers I’ve been in while my trip. Bottom line I highly recommend this place to everyone! I would definitely stay here again!

the apartment was fantastic with a full wrap around balcony. It was on the top floor with a great view. There was an elevator also in the building.

car parking was provided on site but it was 20 euro a day extra which is ok

Great location, great accommodation and very clean and tidy. Can't recommend this any higher and Daniela my host was simply amazing. Nothing was too hard and she saved me from a couple of silly mistakes more than once. You won't be sorry and Napoli is a must see place
