Absolutely everything of this place was exceptional. It's a shame I did not ask the names of the hosts. I have not seen this kind of hospitality except in 5* hotels. They waited for us till late evening, guided me with the location. And greeted us with cakes and juices and water, which did not happen in any other place in my 15 days. The building is old, but they kept the place spanking clean. Thought about every minute details of the guests requirement. I will come back and highly recommend this place.

The host was very flexible with check in time as we arrived quite late in the night, the host gave us all the instructions needed and was very responsive at all times whenever we had any questions. The room was very comfortable and clean too. Location was superb as it was only a 15 minute walk to the central station. If I come to Naples again, I will definitely be staying there!

The room is situated in a typical Naples apartment . The people who live there are very friendly and welcoming. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. The windows open onto the piazza. In the neighbourhood are supermarkets and restaurants.

The room was clean,good value for money, great instructions from host.

It would have been nicer if the kitchen had cutlery or a few plates that we can use. Also, not much storage space in the room just two tiny tables. Pillows were a little hard too.

We loved our stay here! The host was amazing and even gave us food and drinks upon arrival. Everyday she gave us fresh water and was super helpful giving us tips for sightseeing and dinner. If we ever come back we will stay here and recommend to friends.

Quiet Air Con in room. Good size towels. Cute little Juliet Balconey Good location to train station, supermarket, local cafes, laundromat. Very kind and helpful host who organised a private taxi to get us to the Airport.

For us - the Q Bed and pillows was too firm. Also shower cubicle a bit tight for my husband. But the room overall was very nice and spacious for our 6 night stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Sweet Room.The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, we booked a room without balcony but the owner upgraded our room with another one that had balcony, for free. The room was spacious, with so comfortable bed and sofa. Everything was very clean from the sheets to the towels, shinning white. The location is also good as it is near piazza Garibaldi and the metro station. The owner was very hospitable, he offered us coffee every morning, always asked if we had any need and gave us a small gift before the check out. I highly recommend this hotel.

Easily reachable by foot from the train station, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is pretty good, the AC worked well and the bed was good. Overall good value for money for a couple of night stay.

the area isn't particularly pleasant, but it can be said about many areas in Naples, to be honest. I've not seen such a dirty city before, but well, that's not the hotel's fault.
