Facilities were great with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven and a coffee machine. There were also complimentary treats every morning! The Wi-Fi was great and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious for the room size.

The electrify was key operated which was fine, but was a slight issue as there was no delay so as soon as you took the key out (which you needed to lock the door) the lights went off and you’d couldn’t see! The main door access had key access but there was only one key which needed to be put back for other residents so you’d have to balance the door so it didn’t shut on you before you got in.

Good location in a quiet area, at the second floor at the building. Everything was clean. We had a balcony and private bathroom. Fridge and electric kettle in the room. There is a common kitchen area where you can serve free coffee and croissants.

Well equipped accommodation with a fantastic shared kitchen.. Excellent communication before I arrived and really helpful when I got there.. room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Great location super near the central station and lots of supermarkets nearby.

Unfortunately I was in Naples in days of rain so the lack of windows I could see out of in my room didn't bother me...if it had been hot and sunny though I might have really minded that windows were small and high up. I realise this is not something staff can do anything about though! The mattress was a bit saggy in the middle sadly otherwise the room was perfectly fine.

A little bit far away from the metro & train station, especially when have big luggages.

Rooms were clean, location was good near to bus station and train station. The check in process was easy as well, it was a self check in and instructions were quite easy to understand.

It was clean and the air conditioner, Netflix and wifi worked well. The sheets and towels smelled really clean too. I liked that it’s got enough beds for 3 people. Sharing the room with 1 or 2 more people would make it really affordable.

There were times when the lift didn’t work. And it would help if the staff spoke a bit of English. Either that or knows how to use a translator.

Comfortable bed! Nice room in a block near Central station - useful if traveling by train to Pompeii etc. The shared kitchen area is a real bonus. The staff I saw were friendly. Room was cleaned well daily.

Nothing much! Bit of a walk from historic centre but this isn't much of an issue.

Rooms were very clean and housekeeping provided during our stay. The communal kitchen is well stocked and very handy. Communication was very clear and the ability to check in when we wanted without someone needing to be there.

Everything was good considering my budget, and Luigi was very helpful and he was always available to help!

The room could be bigger with better window!

The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The availability of Netflix on TV was a nice bonus.
