The location is perfect: close to the train and metro station- like a 5 minute walk and close to the city centre, like 10-15 minutes. The street is lively and there is a market there some days and the building is secure and there is a lift. Our room and ensuite was the perfect size for us. We found it clean enough and we had everything we needed. it is basic but you don't really need much more! Also the host Massimo was so lovely and really helpful. communication with him was always easy and quick. Really great value in my opinion, we will definitely stay here again when we return to Naples.

The kitchen facilities were very basic. I understand that it is just used for breakfast, but there is no bowls or plates at all, even paper ones. It was a bit of an inconvenience. Also only plastic cups, which can't be used for hot drinks like tea. However there is a fridge you can use and it was always clean and the free snacks for breakfast is great.

Massimo was very kind and helpful I was late to check in and he waited for me in front of the door to show me everything. The room is pretty clean and there's an air conditioner. Compared to others in the area the price was cheaper I can recommend this host without any hesitation.

Surroundings because the environment near the train station is dirty but that's all.

These are small, lockable rooms in a larger shared apartment. It met our needs for the one night we were in Naples. Host was very thoughtful with her supplies of snacks and other necessities in the kitchen.

Rooms and bathrooms were quite small, but nothing to complain about. Instructions to get to the building could have been clearer - it's in a locked compound, but there's no way to enter the compound without a key unless someone lets you in.

The location was perfect close to the train station. The room was clean and renovated, everything is very new. The host was very kind and communicative, and he even let me keep my things in the appartment to get them later in the evening.

The surroundings close to the train station "Napoli Centrale" are not the best of the world, but it's not the fault of this place. Anyway, the fact that you get into the appartment through a patio and it is protected with a main door to the street gives more security. The breakfast was very basic and the kitchen does not have even a sink to clean a spoon.

Clean and surprisingly quiet given the location not far from the train station. I had an early flight out of Naples and it only took me a few minutes to get to the Alibus (airport shuttle) stop near the train station from the bed and breakfast.

Good location, close to the train station. Closed courtyard , elevator and there is a supermarket nearby. The room was very clean and there was enough space for 3 persons. We were pleased with the breakfast and the coffee machine. The owner is good person, allowed to leave our suitcases until the evening. Thank you a lot!

The accommodation was very nice, everything was beautifully clean, fragrant, like new. The host was very nice, he kept our luggage for us even during the unscheduled time, an excellent place to explore the city. The main station, shops, restaurants are nearby, we didn't miss anything. The host, Massimo, is very kind and accommodating. He met us for check in and was flexible with our timing, even on short notice. The room was clean and comfortable, as well as very close to the central station.

Probably the most comfortable and cozy BnB we have stayed at in Italy. 5 mins walking distance from Napoli Centrale. With lift. Coffee and snacks provided. Big window/semi balcony. Clean. We were happy. Worth the money.

Drain in the shower is slow.
